Claims (2)
- 화상면에 광을 조사하는 발광소자와, 화상면으로부터의 반사광에 의한 화상정보를 수취하는 수광소자를 구비하고, 발광소자와 수광소자가 동일 회로기관 표면에 탑재되고. 이들 발광소자 및 수광소자와 회상면 사이에 광도파로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발광소자의 광도파로가, 화상면쪽의 끝면에 있어서 발광소자쪽의 끝면보다도 확대되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
