광도파로 및 그것을 사용한 이미지 센서

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 있어서의 광도파로의 사시도.
제2도는 동 실시예에 있어서의 광도파로를 응용한 이미지센서의 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 있어서의 광도파로의 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 굴절률이 큰 투명재료로 형성된 복수의 막대형상의 코어가 1렬로 정렬되고, 코어의 바깥둘레에는 굴절율이 작고, 광을 흡수 혹은 산란시킬 수 있는 재료로 이루어진 클래드가 형성되고, 광입사쪽 끝부분에 있어서 코어의 측면의 일부가 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로.
  2. 굴절율이 큰 투명재료로 형성된 복수의 막대형상의 코어가 1렬로 정렬되고, 코어바깥둘레에는 굴절율이작고, 광을 흡수 혹은 산란 시킬수 있는 재료로 이루어진 클래드가 형성되고, 광입사쪽의 끝 부분에 있어서 클래드의 일부가 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 광도 파로.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코어측면의 노출로 부터 코어끝면 바로 아래의 원고를 조사하도록 LED 어레이를 설치하는 동시에, 원고에 조사된 반사광을 받는 광전 변환센서를 코어의 반광입사쪽 끝부분에 설치하여 이루어진 광도 파로르 사용해서된 이미지 센서.
