Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize light efficiently by reflecting light, scattered from a clear tubular light source to the opposite side to a part to be lighted, to the side of the part to be lighted through a back reflecting mirror, and thus illuminating the part to be lighted from the side of an auxiliary reflecting mirror and that of a columnar reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:Light reflected by a back reflecting mirror 22c-1 is transmitted through a bulb 26 part of the light on the side of an auxiliary reflecting mirror 23 illuminates a part 8 to be lighted directly, and the remaining reflected light reaches an upper reflecting miror 22a, where it is reflected toward the auxiliary reflecting mirror 23. In this case, the upper reflecting mirror 22a controls and reflects the light arriving directly from a clear tubular light source 21 to illuminate the part 8 to be lighted. The reflected light from the back reflecting mirror 22c-1 strikes the upper reflecting mirror 22a at some angle to the light radiated from the axial center F of the clear tubular source 21, but this angle is small. Threfore, the major part of light reflected by the back reflecting mirror 22c-1 and then striking the upper reflecting mirror 22a illuminates the part to be lighted from the side of the auxiliary reflecting mirror 23.
