Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform illumination just under the illuminator and illumination around the illuminator with the single illuminator, by providing an upper lamp of warm color and a lower lamp of high luminous intensity in the internal opening of a reflector.
CONSTITUTION: The illuminator has the upper lamp 2 located over the center line of the internal opening of the reflector 1 of parabolic cross section and made of a fluorescent tube of warm color and low luminous intensity, and the lower lamp 3 located under the center line and made of a fluorescent tube of high luminous intensity. The light of the upper lamp 2 is reflected on the inside surface of the reflector 1 so that the place around under the illuminator is illuminated by light of warm color. The lower lamp 3 illuminates the place just under the illuminator by light of high luminous intensity. Therefore, two kinds of illumination effects are obtained by the single illuminator.
