Claims (1)

  1. 반도체 기판상의 하층의 알루미 배선과, 전기하층의 알루미 배선과 접속공을 통해서 접하는 제1의 티탄막, 전기 제1의 티탄막상에 형성한 제1의 티탄화합물막, 전기 접속공을 전기 제1의 티탄막 및 제1의 티탄화합물을 통해서 매입하는 텅스텐 플러그, 전기 텅스텐 플러그와 전기 제1의 티탄화합물상에 형성된 제2의 티탄막, 전기 제2의 티탄막의 위에 형성된 제2의 티탄화합물과 전기 제2의 티탄화합물막 상에 형성된 제2의 티탄막 전기 제2의 티탄막의 위에 형성된 제2의 티탄화합물막과 전기 제2의 티탄화합물막의 상에 형성된 알루미 배선으로된 상층의 알루미 배선이 있는 것을 특징으로한 반도체 장치이다.
