Claims (20)
- 양극;평균 세공 크기가 50 내지 500 Å인 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자를 함유하는 음극; 및비수전해질을 포함하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 세공 크기가 100 내지 500 Å의 범위 내인 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 10 Å 이하의 크기의 세공을 갖고, 세공의 용적이 0.001 mL/g 이상인 비수전해질 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 세공의 용적이 0.001 내지 0.01 mL/g의 범위 내인 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 0.01 mL/g 이하의 세공 용적을 갖는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 세공 용적이 0.01 내지 1 mL/g의 범위 내인 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 스피넬 구조를 갖는 리튬 티탄 산화물상을 함유하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 10 내지 11.2 범위 내의 pH 값을 갖는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 1 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입경을 갖는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비수전해질이 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 에틸렌 카르보네이트 및 γ-부티로락톤으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 용매를 함유하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비수전해질이 LiBF4를 포함하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비수전해질이 20 ℃에서 5 cp 이상의 점도를 갖는 비수전해 질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극이 LiaNibCocMnd02(여기서, 0≤a≤1.1, 0.1≤b≤0.5, 0≤c≤0.9 및 0.1≤d≤0.5)로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음극이 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄 합금박으로 형성된 음극 집전체를 포함하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 알루미늄박 및 알루미늄 합금박 각각이 50 ㎛ 이하의 평균 결정 입경을 갖는 비수전해질 전지.
- 비수전해질 조(組)전지를 포함하며, 각각의 비수전해질 전지가양극;평균 세공 크기가 50 내지 500 Å인 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자를 함유하는 음극; 및비수전해질을 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제16항에 있어서, 비수전해질 조전지 중 적어도 일부가한 단부에 형성된 제1 밀봉부 및 상기 단부의 반대측에 위치하는 또다른 단부에 형성된 제2 밀봉부를 갖는 외장;외장의 제1 밀봉부를 통해 외부로 인출된 선단을 포함하는 양극 단자; 및외장의 제2 밀봉부를 통해 외부로 인출된 선단을 포함하는 음극 단자를 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제16항에 정의된 전지 팩을 포함하는 자동차.
- 평균 세공 크기가 50 내지 500 Å인 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자를 포함하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제19항에 있어서, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 다공성 입자가 10 Å 이하의 크기의 세공을 갖고, 세공의 용적이 0.001 mL/g 이상인 음극 활성 물질.
