Claims (20)
- 케이스,케이스 내에 제공된 양극,케이스 내에 제공되고 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물을 포함하는 음극, 및케이스 내에 제공되는 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 전지로서,리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물은 결정자 직경이 1.5×102Å 이상 6.9×102Å 이하이고, 루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, Li2TiO3 및 스피넬 구조를 갖는 리튬 티타네이트를 포함하며, 여기서 루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, 및 Li2TiO3 각각은 X선 회절계로 측정하여 리튬 티타네이트의 주 피크 강도를 100으로 기준으로 삼을 때 7 이하의 주 피크 강도를 갖고,리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물은 Na 및 K로 이루어진 원소 X 중 하나 이상을 함유하고, 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물 내에 함유된 원소 X의 양은 0.10 중량% 이상 3.04중량% 이하로 함유되는 것인 비수성 전해질 전지.

- 케이스,케이스 내에 제공된 양극,케이스 내에 제공되고 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물을 포함하는 음극, 및케이스 내에 제공되는 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 각각의 비수성 전해질 전지를 포함하는 전지 팩으로서,여기서 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물은 결정자 직경이 1.5×102Å 이상 6.9×102Å 이하이고, 루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, Li2TiO3 및 스피넬 구조를 갖는 리튬 티타네이트를 포함하며, 여기서 루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, 및 Li2TiO3 각각은 X선 회절계로 측정하여 리튬 티타네이트의 주 피크 강도를 100으로 기준으로 삼을 때 7 이하의 주 피크 강도를 갖고,리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물은 Na 및 K로 이루어진 원소 X 중 하나 이상을 함유하고, 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물 내에 함유된 원소 X의 양은 0.10 중량% 이상 3.04중량% 이하로 함유되는 것인 전지 팩.
- 제12항에 있어서, 비수성 전해질의 각각의 전압을 검출하는 보호 회로를 더 포함하는 전지 팩.
- 제12항에 정의된 전지 팩을 포함하는 차량.
- 결정자 직경이 1.5×102Å 이상 6.9×102Å 이하이고,루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, Li2TiO3 및 스피넬 구조를 갖는 리튬 티타네이트를 포함하고, 루틸형 TiO2, 아나타제형 TiO2, 및 Li2TiO3 각각은 X선 회절계로 측정하여 리튬 티타네이트의 주 피크 강도를 100으로 기준으로 삼을 때 7 이하의 주 피크 강도를 갖고,리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물은 Na 및 K로 이루어진 원소 X 중 하나 이상을 함유하고, 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물 내에 함유된 원소 X의 양은 0.10 중량% 이상 3.04중량% 이하로 함유되는 것인 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물이 100 nm 이상 1㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 입자의 형태인 것인 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물.

- 제15항에 있어서, 루틸형 TiO2의 주피크 강도, 아나타제형 TiO2의 주피크 강도, 및 Li2TiO3 주피크 강도의 어느 것도 X선 회절계로 측정하여 리튬 티타네이트의 주 피크 강도를 100으로 기준으로 삼을 때 3 이하의 주 피크 강도를 갖는 것인 리튬-티타늄 복합 산화물.
