Claims (21)
- パッシブダイバータバルブであって、
入口と、
第1出口ポートと、
第2出口ポートであって、自由流れモードにおいて、流体は、前記入口に流入し、流れ制御バルブの前記第1出口ポートから流出し、
既定の速度を超える流体流速度の増大に応答して、前記パッシブダイバータバルブは、前記第1出口ポートを少なくとも部分的に閉鎖するとともに前記第2出口ポートを開放して、流路切換流れモードで動作する、パッシブダイバータバルブ。 - 前記流路切換流れモードが既定の体積流量に応答して起動する、請求項1に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 少なくとも2つのモードで動作する可動シール要素であって、第1モードにおいて、前記入口と前記第1出口ポートとの間の流体連通を提供し、第2モードにおいて、前記入口と前記第2出口ポートとの間の流体連通を提供する可動シール要素と、
前記可動シール要素を前記第1モードで動作するように付勢する力要素と、
前記入口と前記第1出口ポートとの間の流体制限部であって、それによって前記入口から前記第1出口ポートまでに流体圧力の低下が存在する、流体制限部と、をさらに備え、
前記可動シール要素の第1側の少なくとも一部が前記入口に流体連通し、前記可動シール要素の第2側の少なくとも一部が前記第1出口ポートに流体連通し、その結果、前記第1側に作用する第1閾値を超える正味圧力が前記可動シール要素を前記第2モードで動作させる、請求項1又は2に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。 - 第2閾値を下回る正味圧力が、前記可動シール要素の第1側に作用すると、前記可動シール要素を前記第1モードで動作させる、請求項3に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記第2モードの間、前記入口からの流体が前記第1出口ポート及び第2出口ポートの両方に連通するように、前記第2モードが前記入口と前記第1出口ポートとの間に流れ経路をさらに提供する、請求項3又は4に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記第2モードの間、前記入口と前記第1出口ポートとの間の前記流れ経路が、前記第1モードの間の前記入口と前記第1出口ポートとの間の前記流れ経路よりも制限的である、請求項5に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記第1出口ポートが油圧ポンプと流体連通する、請求項5又は6に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記可動シール要素が、中間の調整可能な移行を介して動作の前記第1モードにおける第1位置から動作の前記第2モードの第2位置へ移動し、流体が、前記第1位置に対する前記可動シール要素の軸方向移動位置に応じて制限された方法で前記入口から前記第1出口ポート及び前記第2出口ポートの両方に流れる、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記可動シール要素の前記第1側の有効投射圧力領域が、前記可動シール要素の前記第2側と面積で等しい、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- 前記可動シール要素が、少なくとも2つの位置の間で移動するディスクを備える、請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブ。
- アクティブサスペンションシステムにおける油圧ポンプ/モータに向かって流れる流体速度の測定に基づいて、前記流体の第1部分が前記油圧ポンプ/モータに流れ、前記流体の第2部分がアクティブサスペンションダンパの圧縮チャンバ及びリバウンドチャンバの少なくとも1つに流れるように、前記油圧ポンプ/モータを駆動する流体の流路を受身的に切り換えることによって前記油圧ポンプ/モータの回転速度を制御することを含む、方法。
- 圧縮チャンバ及びリバウンドチャンバの少なくとも1つと、油圧ポンプ/モータと、を含むダンパと、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のパッシブダイバータバルブであって、少なくとも1つの動作モードにおいて、前記圧縮チャンバ及び前記リバウンドチャンバの間、前記圧縮チャンバ及び前記油圧モータ/ポンプの間、並びに、前記リバウンドチャンバ及び前記油圧モータ/ポンプの間の少なくとも1つの間の流体の流れを制御するパッシブダイバータバルブと、を備えるダンパシステム。 - 前記第2出口ポートを通って流れる流体が、前記圧縮チャンバ及び前記リバウンドチャンバの少なくとも1つに流れ込む前に制限されるように前記第2出口ポートと流体連通する減衰弁をさらに備える、請求項12に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記減衰弁は、デグレッシブ弁及び柔軟性ディスクスタックのうちの1つを備える、請求項13に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記減衰弁が前記自由流れモードから前記流路切換流れモードに切り替わる場合に、前記減衰弁は、滑らかな圧力応答を提供するように調整される、請求項13又は14に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記減衰弁が前記流路切換流れモードで動作している場合に、特定のダンパ力−速度特性を提供するように調整される、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記ダンパはセミアクティブダンパである、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記ダンパはアクティブサスペンションダンパである、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記第2出口ポートは、流体が前記圧縮チャンバと前記リバウンドチャンバとの間で流れて前記油圧ポンプ/モータを迂回することを可能にするバイパスである、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記流路切換流れモードの少なくとも一部の間、前記第1出口ポートは部分的にのみ閉鎖される、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
- 前記流路切換流れモードの少なくとも一部の間、前記第1出口ポートは完全に閉鎖される、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のダンパシステム。
