【解決手段】 アクチュエータ1が、シリンダ2内にピストン3で区画した二つの室5,6と、ポンプ8から吐出される液体を二つの室5,6に供給可能な供給通路24と、二つの室5,6をタンク7に連通可能な排出通路10A,10Bと、供給通路24と排出通路10A,10Bを連通・遮断して各部屋5,6をポンプ8またはタンク7に選択的に供給可能な方向制御弁9A,9Bと、供給通路24の方向切換弁9A,9Bよりもポンプ側から分岐してポンプ8とタンク7とを連通する制御通路26と、制御通路26に設けられて供給通路24の圧力が開弁圧に達すると開弁して供給通路24からタンク7へ向かう液体の流れを許容するとともに当該開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁15と、タンク7をシリンダ2内に連通するセンター通路16とを備える。

Claims (6)
- シリンダと、このシリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、上記シリンダ内に挿入されて上記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、上記シリンダ内に上記ピストンで区画した二つの室と、タンクと、ポンプと、このポンプから吐出される液体を上記二つの室に供給可能な供給通路と、上記二つの室を上記タンクに連通可能な排出通路と、上記供給通路と上記排出通路を連通または遮断して上記各室を上記ポンプまたは上記タンクに選択的に接続可能な方向制御弁と、上記供給通路の上記方向切換弁よりもポンプ側から分岐して上記ポンプと上記タンクとを連通する制御通路と、この制御通路の途中に設けられて上記供給通路の圧力が開弁圧に達すると開弁して上記供給通路から上記タンクへ向かう液体の流れを許容するとともに当該開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁と、上記タンクをシリンダ内に連通するセンター通路とを備えたことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 上記供給通路は、上記ポンプの吐出口に連なる共通通路と、この供給通路から分岐して上記一方の室に連なる第一分岐路と、同じく共通通路から分岐して上記他方の室に連なる第二分岐路とからなり、
上記方向制御弁は、上記第一分岐路の途中に設けられる第一の方向制御弁と、上記第二分岐路の途中に設けられる第二の方向制御弁とからなり、
上記排出通路は、上記第一の方向制御弁に接続されて上記一方の室を上記タンクに連通する第一の排出通路と、上記第二の方向制御弁に接続されて上記他方の室を上記タンクに連通する第二の排出通路とからなり、
上記第一の方向制御弁は、上記第一分岐路を連通するとともに上記第一の排出通路を遮断する第一ポジションと、上記第一分岐路を遮断するとともに上記第一の排出通路を連通する第二ポジションとを備えて上記第一ポジションと上記第二ポジションとを切り換えることができ、
上記第二の方向制御弁は、上記第二分岐路を連通するとともに上記第二の排出通路を遮断する第一ポジションと、上記第二分岐路を遮断するとともに、上記第一の排出通路を連通する第二ポジションとを備えて上記第一ポジションと上記第二ポジションとを切り換えることができ、
上記第一分岐路及び上記第二分岐路の上記第一、第二の方向制御弁よりもポンプ側に、上記ポンプから上記シリンダへ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 上記供給通路は、上記ポンプの吐出口に連なる共通通路と、この供給通路から分岐して上記一方の室に連なる第一分岐路と、同じく共通通路から分岐して上記他方の室に連なる第二分岐路とからなり、
上記方向制御弁は、上記供給通路の分岐部分に設けられるとともに、この方向制御弁に上記タンクと連通する上記排出通路が接続されており、上記共通通路と上記第一分岐路とを連通するとともに上記排出通路と上記第二分岐路とを連通する第一連通ポジションと、何れの通路も連通しない遮断ポジションと、上記共通通路と上記第二分岐路とを連通するとともに上記排出通路と上記第一分岐路とを連通する第二連通ポジションとを備えて、上記第一連通ポジション、上記遮断ポジション、上記第二連通ポジションを切り換えることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 上記ロッド側室と上記タンクとを連通する圧側吸込み通路と、上記ピストン側室と上記タンクとを連通する伸側吸込み通路と、上記圧側吸込み通路の途中に設けられて上記タンクから上記ロッド側室へ向かう液体の通過のみを許容する逆止弁と、上記伸側吸込み通路の途中に設けられて上記タンクから上記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の通過のみを許容する逆止弁と、上記ロッド側室と上記ピストン側室とを連通する伸側リリーフ通路及び圧側リリーフ通路と、上記伸側リリーフ通路の途中に設けられて上記ロッド側室の圧力が上記ピストン側室の圧力を所定量上回ると開弁する伸側リリーフ弁と、上記圧側リリーフ通路の途中に設けられて上記ピストン側室の圧力が上記ロッド側室の圧力を所定量上回ると開弁する圧側リリーフ弁とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記センター通路は、上記シリンダの中央であって、且つ、上記ピストンのストローク中心に対向する位置に開口することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記センター通路の途中に、当該センター通路を開閉する開閉弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
