Claims (6)
- シリンダと、当該シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、上記シリンダ内に挿入されて上記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、上記シリンダ内に上記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室とを備えた伸縮体と、ポンプと、タンクと、上記ロッド側室と上記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、上記ピストン側室と上記タンクとを連通する第二通路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、上記ポンプから上記ロッド側室へ液体を供給する供給通路と、上記ポンプを駆動するモータと、上記ロッド側室を上記供給通路から分岐して上記タンクへ接続する排出通路と、当該排出通路の途中に設けた弁要素とを備えたアクチュエータにおいて、上記伸縮体と上記第一開閉弁と上記第二開閉弁とを含んで一体化して伸縮ユニットを形成し、上記ポンプと上記モータとを含んで一体化して駆動ユニットを形成し、上記伸縮ユニットと上記駆動ユニットを別体とすると共に当該伸縮ユニットと駆動ユニットとを上記供給通路の一部を形成する配管と、上記第二通路の一部を形成する配管とで接続したことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 上記伸縮ユニットを複数備え、上記一つの駆動ユニットのポンプから吐出される液体を上記複数の伸縮ユニットの各ロッド側室へ供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記駆動ユニットは、上記弁要素を含んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 鉄道車両の台車と車体に設けた中心ピンとの間に上記伸縮ユニットの伸縮体を介装するとともに、上記伸縮体に対して中心ピンを挟んで反対側に上記駆動ユニットを配置することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 鉄道車両の台車と車体に設けた中心ピンとの間に上記伸縮ユニットの伸縮体を介装するとともに、上記中心ピン内に上記駆動ユニットを収容することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上記タンクから上記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、上記ピストン側室から上記ロッド側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
