Description
このシリンダの一方の端部に連結した第1ブラケットと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入したピストンと、
前記シリンダに挿入されるとともに、一方に前記ピストンが連結され、他方に第2ブラケットが連結されたロッドとを有する緩衝器と、
この緩衝器に作動流体を供給するポンプと、
このポンプを駆動するモータと、
作動流体を貯留するタンクと、
前記シリンダと前記タンクとを連通した通路に設けられ、前記シリンダ内の圧力を調整する圧力調整弁と、
前記通路に設けられ、伸長時に推力を発生する状態と収縮時に推力を発生する状態を切り替える第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁とを備え、
前記シリンダの軸方向の中心軸に対して左右の一方側に前記ポンプと前記モータとが配置され、他方側に前記タンクと前記圧力調整弁とが配置されており、
前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁は、前記シリンダの中心軸に対して左右の一方側に配置された前記ポンプ及び前記モータと、他方側に配置された前記タンク及び前記圧力調整弁との間に配置されている。
また、タンクを配置した他方側に圧力調整弁を配置している。
更に、第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁を、ポンプ及びモータと、タンク及び圧力調整弁との間に配置している。
実施例のシリンダ装置は、図1に示すように、緩衝器10、ポンプ30、モータ31、緩衝器10とは別体に設けられたタンクである外部タンク24、作動流体である作動油が流通する各通路T1〜T6、及び各通路T1〜T6に設けられた複数のバルブV1〜V3,C1〜C3を備えている。各通路T1〜T6は、第1通路T1、第2通路T2、第3通路T3、第4通路T4、第5通路T5、及び排出通路T6である。複数のバルブV1〜V3,C1〜C3は、第1開閉弁V1、第2開閉弁V2、圧力調整弁であるリリーフ弁V3、第1逆止弁C1、第2逆止弁C2、第3逆止弁C3である。
(1)実施例では、緩衝器がシリンダと外筒との隙間に内部タンクを形成しているが、外筒を有さずに内部タンクを形成しなくともよい。
(2)実施例では、圧力調整弁をリリーフ弁にしたが、リリーフ弁以外でも減衰力を発生させる弁であればよい。
(3)実施例では、第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁をシリンダの上方に配置したが、第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁をシリンダの下方に配置してもよい。

Claims (2)
- シリンダと、
このシリンダの一方の端部に連結した第1ブラケットと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入したピストンと、
前記シリンダに挿入されるとともに、一方に前記ピストンが連結され、他方に第2ブラケットが連結されたロッドとを有する緩衝器と、
この緩衝器に作動流体を供給するポンプと、
このポンプを駆動するモータと、
作動流体を貯留するタンクと、
前記シリンダと前記タンクとを連通した通路に設けられ、前記シリンダ内の圧力を調整する圧力調整弁と、
前記通路に設けられ、伸長時に推力を発生する状態と収縮時に推力を発生する状態を切り替える第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁とを備え、
前記シリンダの軸方向の中心軸に対して左右の一方側に前記ポンプと前記モータとが配置され、他方側に前記タンクと前記圧力調整弁とが配置されており、
前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁は、前記シリンダの中心軸に対して左右の一方側に配置された前記ポンプ及び前記モータと、他方側に配置された前記タンク及び前記圧力調整弁との間に配置されている
ことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 前記シリンダは前記ピストンによってロッド側室とピストン側室とに区画され、
前記通路は、
前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを連通する第1通路と、
前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第2通路と、
前記第1通路から分岐して前記第2通路に合流する第3通路と、
この第3通路から分岐して前記第1通路に合流する排出通路とを含み、
前記第1開閉弁は、前記第2通路を開閉し、
前記第2開閉弁は、前記第3通路を開閉し、
前記圧力調整弁は、前記排出通路を通過する作動流体に抵抗を与える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダ装置。
