【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 対象物の表面に耐久性のある親水性コーティング及び/又は耐久性のある防曇コーティングを与えるための水性コーティング組成物であって、
a) 水に分散又は乳化されかつ前記水性コーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて0.5〜15質量%の多官能変性ポリウレタン担体であって、前記水性コーティング組成物の乾燥又は硬化により、高分子マトリックスを形成する多官能変性ポリウレタン担体と、
b) 前記水性コーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて0.001〜10質量%の、N-ビニルピロリドンに由来する親水性水溶性有機モノマー、オリゴマー、プレポリマー、ポリマー又はコポリマーと、
c) 前記水性コーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて0.01〜25質量%の濃度の、多官能水性コロイド状金属酸化物と、
d) 多官能架橋剤と、
を含み、前記水性コーティング組成物のコーティングが、該コーティングが乾燥又は硬化すると、耐久性のある親水性及び/又は耐久性のある防曇コーティングとなることを特徴とするコーティング組成物。
【請求項2】 該多官能水性コロイド状金属酸化物が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、チタン、ジルコニウム、亜鉛、スズ、銀、及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれた金属から誘導される、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項3】 前記多官能水性コロイド状金属酸化物が、1:10のAl:Si比を有するコロイド状アルミナとシリカの組合わせである、請求項2記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項4】 該コロイド状金属酸化物が、アルミン酸塩、ケイ酸塩、チタン酸塩、亜鉛酸塩、スズ酸塩、輝銀鉱、ケイ酸アルミニウム、チタン酸アルミニウム、ジルコン酸塩、ジルコアルミン酸塩及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項5】 該多官能架橋剤が、アジリジン、カルボジイミド、オキシラン、アルコール、グリシジルエーテル、グリシジルエステル、カルボン酸、アミン、エポキシド、ビニルスルホン、アミド、及びアリル、前記多官能化合物のプレポリマー樹脂又はその組合わせからなる群から選択される型の多官能化合物である、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項6】 該多官能アジリジンが、トリメチロールプロパントリ[β-(N-アジリジニル)プロピオネート]; 2,2-ビスヒドロキシメチルブタノールトリス[3-(1-アジリジン)プロピオネート]; アジリジン-2-メチロールアクリレート; アジリジン-2-メチロールメタクリレート; N-(2-アジリジニル)メチルアクリルアミド; N-(2-アジリジニル)メチルメタクリルアミド; 1-(アジリジン-2-イル)-2-オキサブタ-3-エン; 4-(アジリジン-2-イル)ブタ-1-エン; 5-(アジリジン-2-イル)ペンタ-1-エン; 前記アジリジン化合物のプレポリマー樹脂; 及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる、請求項5記載のコーティング組成物。

【請求項8】 更に、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、乳化剤、染料、顔料、着色剤、UV吸収剤、ラジカルスカベンジャー、抗酸化剤、さび止め剤、蛍光増白剤、蛍光剤、漂白剤、漂白アクチベーター、漂白触媒、非活性化酵素、酵素安定系、キレート化剤、コーティング助剤、金属触媒、金属酸化物触媒、有機金属触媒、皮膜形成促進剤、硬化剤、リンキング促進剤、流動剤、均染剤、消泡剤、潤滑剤、つや消し粒子、レオロジー変性剤、粘度付与剤、導電性又は非導電性金属酸化物粒子、磁気粒子、帯電防止剤、pH調整剤、香料、保存剤、生物致死剤、殺虫剤、防汚剤、抗菌剤、除藻剤、殺菌剤、消毒剤、殺真菌剤、生体有効物質、ビタミン、薬剤、治療剤及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる補助剤を含む、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項9】 前記治療剤が、鎮痛剤、抗炎症剤、局所止痒剤、抗そう痒剤、ステロイド剤、皮膚科用薬剤、アントラリンコールタールエキス、角質溶解剤、局所麻酔剤、抗ざ瘡剤、ビタミンA、及びいぼ除去剤からなる群から選択される、請求項8記載のコーティング組成物。

【請求項6】 該多官能アジリジンが、トリメチロールプロパントリ[β-(N-アジリジニル)プロピオネート]; 2,2-ビスヒドロキシメチルブタノールトリス[3-(1-アジリジン)プロピオネート]; アジリジン-2-メチロールアクリレート; アジリジン-2-メチロールメタクリレート; N-(2-アジリジニル)メチルアクリルアミド; N-(2-アジリジニル)メチルメタクリルアミド; 1-(アジリジン-2-イル)-2-オキサブタ-3-エン; 4-(アジリジン-2-イル)ブタ-1-エン; 5-(アジリジン-2-イル)ペンタ-1-エン; 前記アジリジン化合物のプレポリマー樹脂; 及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる、請求項5記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項7】 多官能カルボジイミドが、カルボジイミド、多官能該カルボジイミドのプレポリマー樹脂、及びその組合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項5記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項8】 更に、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、乳化剤、染料、顔料、着色剤、UV吸収剤、ラジカルスカベンジャー、抗酸化剤、さび止め剤、蛍光増白剤、蛍光剤、漂白剤、漂白アクチベーター、漂白触媒、非活性化酵素、酵素安定系、キレート化剤、コーティング助剤、金属触媒、金属酸化物触媒、有機金属触媒、皮膜形成促進剤、硬化剤、リンキング促進剤、流動剤、均染剤、消泡剤、潤滑剤、つや消し粒子、レオロジー変性剤、粘度付与剤、導電性又は非導電性金属酸化物粒子、磁気粒子、帯電防止剤、pH調整剤、香料、保存剤、生物致死剤、殺虫剤、防汚剤、抗菌剤、除藻剤、殺菌剤、消毒剤、殺真菌剤、生体有効物質、ビタミン、薬剤、治療剤及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる補助剤を含む、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項9】 前記治療剤が、鎮痛剤、抗炎症剤、局所止痒剤、抗そう痒剤、ステロイド剤、皮膚科用薬剤、アントラリンコールタールエキス、角質溶解剤、局所麻酔剤、抗ざ瘡剤、ビタミンA、及びいぼ除去剤からなる群から選択される、請求項8記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項10】 前記薬剤が、タキソール、パクリタキセル、デキサメタゾン、ヘパリン、タクロリムス、エベロリムス、シクロスポリン、シロリムス、アスピリン、ヒルジン、一酸化窒素遊離剤、アンギオペプチン、エノキサプリン、熱分解炭素、シリコンカーバイド、及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる、請求項8記載のコーティング組成物
【請求項11】 前記補助剤が、放射線不透剤を含む請求項8に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項12】 前記放射線不透剤が、前記水性コーティング組成物の全質量に基づいて75質量%までである請求項11に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項13】 前記放射線不透剤が、ジアトリゾエート、イオタラメート、メトリゾエート、ヨージパミド、トリヨード安息香酸、ヨータラム酸、ヨウパノイック酸又はヨードパノイック酸、トリヨードフェニル酸、ヨードタラミン酸、ヨウ素、ヨウ化物、臭素、ペルフルオロオクチルブロミド、硫酸バリウム、サマリウム、エルビウム、三酸化ビスマス、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、金、白金、銀、タンタル、ニオブ、タングステン、金、チタン、イリジウム、白金、レニウム及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる請求項11に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項14】 ゲルの形態である請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項15】 該親水性水溶性有機モノマー、オリゴマー、プレポリマー、ポリマー又はコポリマーの濃度が、0.25質量%〜10質量%である、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項16】 該多官能水性コロイド状金属酸化物濃度が、0.25質量%〜20質量%である、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項17】 該架橋剤濃度が、0.001〜8質量%である、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項18】 該架橋剤濃度が、0.01〜3質量%である、請求項17記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項19】 0.5質量%〜50質量%の量の少なくとも1種の有機溶媒と、1質量%〜95質量%の量の水とを更に含む、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項20】 該対象物の表面が、金属、金属合金、プラスチック、ガラス、ヒト皮膚又は動物皮膚からなる、請求項1記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項21】 前記親水性コーティングが、前記コーティング組成物で前記表面を被覆し、該コーティング組成物を乾燥又は硬化すると、前記乾燥又は硬化されたコーティングを再湿潤した後に、改善された水分湿潤を示す、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項22】 前記コーティングが、水で湿潤後の接触角が、乾燥コーティングに対比して低下している請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項23】 前記親水性コーティングが、前記コーティング組成物で前記表面を被覆し、該コーティング組成物を乾燥又は硬化すると、水で湿潤した時に、被覆していない表面に比較して、摩擦の低下を示す、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項24】 前記低下が、95%である請求項23に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項25】 前記親水性コーティングが、繰り返し湿潤及び乾燥サイクルの後、潤滑性を保持する、請求項23に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項26】 前記コロイド状金属酸化物が、該コロイド状金属酸化物なしの類似のコーティングに比較して、湿潤した時に、改善された潤滑性を有する被膜を提供するに十分な量で存在する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項27】 前記コロイド状金属酸化物が、該コロイド状金属酸化物なしの類似のコーティングに比較して、改善された水性溶液の取り込みを有するコーティングを提供するに十分な量で存在する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項28】 ヒト又は動物の体内に導入するための医療用具であって、前記用具の少なくとも1つの表面上に請求項1記載の水性コーティング組成物から形成された親水性コーティングを含む、医療用具。
【請求項29】 少なくとも部分的に、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル、ニッケル-コバルト、チタン、NiTi、タンタル、ニチノール、希土類金属、銀、金、白金、タングステン、その組合わせ及び合金からなる群より選ばれた金属又は金属合金又はそのメッキ製品からできている、請求項28記載の医療用具。

【請求項36】 前記対象物の表面が、前記コーティング組成物でコーティングする前には、金属、金属合金、プラスチック、ガラス又はその組合わせからなり、前記コーティング組成物でコーティングした際に防曇性を有する、請求項35記載の対象物。
【請求項37】 前記表面が、前記コーティング組成物でコーティングした際に潤滑性である、請求項36記載の対象物。
【請求項38】 前記被覆表面が、水で湿潤した時に、被覆していない表面に比較して、摩擦の低下を示す、請求項37に記載の対象物。
【請求項39】 前記被覆表面が、繰り返し湿潤及び乾燥サイクルの後、潤滑性を保持する、請求項37に記載の対象物。
【請求項40】 前記潤滑表面が、被覆していない表面に比較して、摩擦が95%低下する請求項23に記載のコーティング組成物。
【請求項41】 前記金属又は金属合金が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、ベリリウム、鉄、亜鉛、炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル、ニッケル-コバルト、クロム、チタン、タンタル、希土類金属、銀、金、白金、タングステン、バナジウム、銅、真鍮、青銅及びその組合わせからなる群より選ばれる、請求項36記載の対象物。
