Abstract
本发明公开了一种无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,包括氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末、石墨粉末、芳香族烃溶剂和二硫化钼粉末,与现有技术相比,本发明的配方制成的涂层涂覆在注射针的针头上,能够大幅度地降低与皮肉组织的摩擦力,从而大幅度降低疼痛感,且与不锈钢针头高粘接性,不易脱落,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械制作工艺,尤其涉及一种无痛注射针头表面处理工艺。
背景技术
注射,指的是借助注射器一类的医疗器械将液体或气体注入人体,以达到诊断、治疗、预防疾病的目的。其与吃药不一样。药剂经注射后可迅速到达血液并产生作用。现有技术中,注射的针头大多是不锈钢一次性针头,扎针时针头表面与皮肉组织的摩擦力较大,因此,疼痛感比较强,研究如何减轻注射或采血的疼痛是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种无痛注射针头表面处理工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)准备氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末、石墨粉末、芳香族烃溶剂和二硫化钼粉末备用;
(2)将氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末和芳香族烃溶剂混合均匀后涂覆于注射针头的表面,待凝固;
(3)重复步骤(2)涂覆3-5层;
(4)将石墨粉末涂覆于步骤(3)涂层的表面;
(5)将二硫化钼粉末涂覆于步骤(4)的石墨粉末表面即可。
优选的,所述步骤(2)的混合物涂层的厚度为120nm-160nm。
优选的,所述步骤(4)涂层的厚度为140nm-180nm。
优选的,所述步骤(5)涂层的厚度为60nm-120nm。
优选的,所述二硫化钼粉末的颗粒粒径为30nm-60nm。
优选的,所述氧化锌粉末粒径为60nm-80nm。
优选的,所述石墨粉末粒径为70nm-90nm。
优选的,按重量比,所述氨基官能团硅烷占15%、所述酚醛树脂占15%、所述聚钛酸丁酯树脂占2%、所述环氧树脂占8%、所述氧化锌粉末占10%、所述石墨粉末占25%、所述芳香族烃溶剂占5%、所述二硫化钼粉末占20%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,与现有技术相比,本发明的配方制成的涂层涂覆在注射针的针头上,能够大幅度地降低与皮肉组织的摩擦力,从而大幅度降低疼痛感,且与不锈钢针头高粘接性,不易脱落,具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)准备氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末、石墨粉末、芳香族烃溶剂和二硫化钼粉末备用;
(2)将氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末和芳香族烃溶剂混合均匀后涂覆于注射针头的表面,待凝固;
(3)重复步骤(2)涂覆3-5层;
(4)将石墨粉末涂覆于步骤(3)涂层的表面;
(5)将二硫化钼粉末涂覆于步骤(4)的石墨粉末表面即可。
优选的,所述步骤(2)的混合物涂层的厚度为120nm-160nm。
优选的,所述步骤(4)涂层的厚度为140nm-180nm。
优选的,所述步骤(5)涂层的厚度为60nm-120nm。
优选的,所述二硫化钼粉末的颗粒粒径为30nm-60nm。
优选的,所述氧化锌粉末粒径为60nm-80nm。
优选的,所述石墨粉末粒径为70nm-90nm。

Claims (8)
1.一种无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
准备氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末、石墨粉末、芳香族烃溶剂和二硫化钼粉末备用;
将氨基官能团硅烷、酚醛树脂、聚钛酸丁酯树脂、环氧树脂、氧化锌粉末和芳香族烃溶剂混合均匀后涂覆于注射针头的表面,待凝固;
重复步骤(2)涂覆3-5层;
将石墨粉末涂覆于步骤(3)涂层的表面;
将二硫化钼粉末涂覆于步骤(4)的石墨粉末表面即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的混合物涂层的厚度为120nm-160nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)涂层的厚度为140nm-180nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)涂层的厚度为60nm-120nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述二硫化钼粉末的颗粒粒径为30nm-60nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述氧化锌粉末粒径为60nm-80nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述石墨粉末粒径为70nm-90nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无痛注射针头表面处理工艺,其特征在于:按重量比,所述氨基官能团硅烷占15%、所述酚醛树脂占15%、所述聚钛酸丁酯树脂占2%、所述环氧树脂占8%、所述氧化锌粉末占10%、所述石墨粉末占25%、所述芳香族烃溶剂占5%、所述二硫化钼粉末占20%。
