Claims (27)
- Behälter (C1 bis C10) aus blattförmigem Kartonmaterial, gefertigt aus einem Zuschnitt (F1 bis F10), der eine Folge von acht rechteckigen Abschnitten (1 bis 8) aufweist, die die Seitenwände des Behälters bildet und durch eine rechteckige Befestigungslasche (16) abgeschlossen ist, welche Abschnitte und welche Lasche miteinander verbunden sind durch zueinander parallele erste Falzlinien (9 bis 15 und 17), und zwar vier Hauptabschnitte, von denen jeweils zwei durch vier Zwischenabschnitte voneinander getrennt sind, sowie eine erste Gruppe von Seitenklappen (18.1, 18.3, 18.5, 18.7), die auf einer Seite der Hauptabschnitte angeordnet und mit diesen verbunden sind durch senkrecht zu den ersten Falzlinien verlaufende zweite Falzlinien (20.1, 20.3, 20.5, 20.7) und die mindestens einen Teil des Behälterbodens bilden, wobei die genannten Zwischenabschnitte keine Klappe tragen,
wobei ferner an mindestens jeweils einer von zwei Klappen (18.1, 18.3, 18.5, 18.7) die beiden Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappe von den zweiten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die genannten zweiten Falzlinien (20.1, 20.3, 20.5, 20.7) miteinander fluchten,
und daß der Endabschnitt der Folge von Abschnitten und die Lasche einerseits und die anschließenden Klappen andererseits durch bloßes Aufeinanderlegen und durch Verkleben befestigt sind, wobei der genannte Behälter automatisch durch Umlegen der genannten Abschnitte und der Klappen der genannten ersten Gruppe um einen Kern (23) aufgestellt wird. - Behälter aus Wellpappe, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenwände (2, 4, 6, 8) abgeschnittene Ecken bilden und eine Breite e besitzen, die geringer ist als die Breite l der kleinsten Haupt-Seitenwand.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand schräg verlaufenden Rändern entsprechenden Klappenteile nicht so ausgeführt sind, daß sie gegenüber der genannten Klappe umgelegt werden können.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine von zwei Klappen rechteckig ist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Zuschnitt eine zweite Gruppe von Seitenklappen (19.1, 19.3, 19.5, 19.7) aufweist, die, an der anderen Seite der die Seitenwände bildenden Abschnitte angeordnet, mit diesen durch dritte, senkrecht zu den ersten Falzlinien verlaufende Falzlinien (21.1, 21.3, 21.5, 21.7) verbunden sind und dazu dienen, mindestens einen Teil des Deckels des genannten Behälters zu bilden, wobei an mindestens jeweils einer von zwei Klappen die beiden Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappe von den dritten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klappe ihrerseits keinerlei umlegbare Klappe trägt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (18.3, 18.7), deren beide Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappen von den zweiten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen, längs der genannten schräg verlaufenden Bereiche Verstärkungszungen (77) aufweisen, die jeweils umgelegt und mit den gegenüberliegenden Wänden (2, 4, 6, 8) des Behälters fest verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (19.3, 19.7), deren beide Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappe von den dritten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen, in Längsrichtung fortlaufend Zungen (84) aufweisen, die nach dem Umlegen und Verkleben den Deckel mit den Seitenwänden (1, 5) des Behälters fest verbinden.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das mindestens eine Klappe der genannten ersten Gruppe und/oder der genannten zweiten Gruppe mindestens in der Nähe der genannten entsprechenden zweiten Falzlinie und/oder der genannten entsprechenden dritten Falzlinie die Form des Querschnitts des aus dem Zuschnitt zu erhaltenden Behälters zeigt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Gruppe von Klappen mit der ersten Gruppe von Klappen genau übereinstimmt.
- Behälter (C5, C6, C7, C10) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Klappen der genannten ersten und der genannten zweiten Gruppe, die an ein und denselben Abschnitt angelenkt sind, unterschiedliche Form haben.
- Behälter (C10) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Zwischenabschnitt an seinem Rande eine Nase (71) aufweist, die sich neben der genannten zweiten Gruppe von Klappen befindet, sowie eine Kerbe (70) an seinem Rande, die sich neben der genannten ersten Gruppe von Klappen befindet, so daß, wenn zwei Behälter aufeinandergestapelt werden, die Nase des unteren Behälters in die Kerbe des oberen Behälters eingreift.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen der genannten ersten und der genannten zweiten Gruppe, die sich seitlich außen befinden, wenn der Behälter aufgestellt wird, komplementäre Formen haben, so daß, wenn zwei solche Behälter aufeinander gestapelt werden, die Klappen der genannnten ersten Gruppe des unteren Behälters sich in die Klappen der genannten zweiten Gruppe des oberen Behälters einfügen.
- Zuschnitt (F1 bis F10) für die Herstellung eines Behälters mit acht Seitenwänden, bestehend aus einer Folge von acht rechteckigen Abschnitten (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) mit einem Abschluß durch eine rechteckige Befestigungslasche (16), welche Abschnitte die genannten Seitenwände bilden sollen, miteinander verbunden durch zueinander parallele erste Falzlinien (9 bis 15 und 17), und zwar vier Hauptabschnitte, von denen jeweils zwei durch vier Zwischenabschnitte getrennt sind, sowie eine erste Gruppe von Seitenklappen (18.1, 18.3, 18.5, 18.7), die auf einer Seite der Hauptabschnitte angeordnet sind und mit diesen verbunden sind durch senkrecht zu den ersten Falzlinien verlaufende zweite Falzlinien (20.1, 20.3, 20.5, 20.7) und zur Bildung mindestens eines Teils des Behälterbodens bestimmt, wobei die genannten Zwischenabschnitte keine Klappen tragen,
wobei ferner an mindestens jeweils einer von zwei Klappen (18.3, 18.5, 18.7) die beiden Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappe von den zweiten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die genannten zweiten Falzlinien (20.1, 20.3, 20.5, 20.7) miteinander fluchten,
und daß der Endabschnitt der Folge von Abschnitten und die Lasche einerseits und die benachbarten Klappen andererseits durch bloßes Aufeinanderlegen und durch Verkleben befestigt werden sollen, welcher Zuschnitt durch Umlegen der genannten Abschnitte und der Klappen der ersten Gruppe um einen Kern (23) aufgestellt werden kann. - Zuschnitt aus Wellpappe, nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Zwischenwände bildenden Abschnitte (2, 4, 6, 8) eine Breite e besitzen, die geringer ist als die Breite l des die kleinste Hauptseitenwand bildenden Abschnitts.
- Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu den teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand schräg verlaufenden Rändern gehörenden Klappenteile nicht so ausgeführt sind, daß sie gegenüber den genannten Klappe umgelegt werden können.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine von zwei Klappen rechteckig ist.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Zuschnitt eine zweite Gruppe von Seitenklappen (19.1, 19.3, 19.5, 19.7) aufweist, die an der anderen Seite der die Seitenwände bildenden Abschnitte angeordnet und mit diesen durch dritte, senkrecht zu den ersten Falzlinien verlaufende Falzlinien (21.1, 21.3, 21.5, 21.7) verbunden sind und dazu dienen, mindestens einen Teil des Deckels des genannten Behälters zu bilden, wobei an mindestens einer von zwei Klappen die beiden Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappe von den dritten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klappe ihrerseits keinerlei umlegbare Klappe trägt.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (18.3, 18.7), deren beide Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappen von den zweiten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen, längs der genannten schräg verlaufenden Bereiche Verstärkungszungen (77) aufweisen, die jeweils umgelegt und mit den gegenüberliegenden Wänden (2, 4, 6, 8) des fertig aufgestellten Behälters fest verbunden werden können.
- Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (19.3, 19.7), deren beide Seitenränder mindestens teilweise in Richtung auf den Außenrand der genannten Klappen von den dritten Falzlinien aus schräg verlaufen, in Längsrichtung fortlaufend Zungen (84) aufweisen, die so angeordnet sind, daß nach dem Umlegen und Verkleben der Deckel mit den Seitenwänden (1, 5) des fertig aufgestellten Behälters fest zu verbinden ist.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Klappe der genannten ersten Gruppe und/oder der genannten zweiten Gruppe mindestens in der Nähe der genannten entsprechenden zweiten Falzlinie und/oder genannten entsprechenden dritten Falzlinie die Form des Querschnitts des aus dem Zuschnitt erhaltenen Behälters zeigt.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Gruppe von Klappen mit der ersten Gruppe von Klappen genau übereinstimmt.
- Zuschnitt (F5, F6, F7, F10) nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Klappen der genannten ersten und zweiten Gruppe, die mit ein und demselben Abschnitt verbunden sind, unterschiedliche Form haben.
- Zuschnitt (F10) nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Zwischenabschnitt an seinem Rande eine Nase (71) aufweist, die sich auf der Seite der genannten zweiten Gruppe von Klappen befindet, sowie eine Kerbe (70) an seinem Rande, die sich an der Seite der genannten ersten Gruppe von Klappen befindet, so daß, wenn zwei aus den genannten Zuschnitten hergestellte Behälter aufeinandergestapelt werden, die Nase des unteren Behälters in die Kerbe des oberen Behälters eingreift.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen der genannten ersten und zweiten Gruppe, die sich auf der Außenseite befinden, wenn der Behälter aufgestellt wird, komplementäre Formen haben, so daß, wenn zwei Behälter aufeinandergestapelt werden, die Klappen der genannten ersten Gruppe des Behälters in die Klappen der genannten zweiten Gruppe des oberen Behälters eingreifen.
- Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenränder der beiden benachbarten, senkrecht zu den zweiten Falzlinien verlaufenden Klappen einander nicht berühren, wenn der Zuschnitt abgewickelt ist.
