Claims (12)

  1. Zuschnitt aus blattartigem Material, wie Karton oder Wellpappe, zur Herstellung einer Schachtel, die durch eine Pyramide (py) oder einen Pyramidenstumpf gebildet ist, dessen Grundfläche an einen Quader angrenzt, wobei der Zuschnitt eine Reihe von ersten rechteckigen oder quadratischen Abschnitten (1 bis 4) aufweist, die durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufenden Faltlinien (5, 6, 7) miteinander verbunden sind, und einen ersten Satz seitlicher Umschlagklappen (10.1 bis 10.4), die an einer Seite der Reihe von Abschnitten angeordnet, durch senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden zweiten Faltlinien (11.1 bis 11.4) mit dieser verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, zumindest teilweise den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden, und wobei der Zuschnitt zweite dreieckige oder trapezförmige Abschnitte (12.1 bis 12.4) aufweist, die jeweils durch ihre Grundfläche und an der, den seitlichen Umschlagklappen des ersten Satzes gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem der ersten Abschnitte (1 bis 4) entlang einer senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden dritten Faltlinie verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schräg verlaufenden Seitenränder der zweiten Abschnitte nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige der zweiten Abschnitte entlang zumindest einem ihrer schrägen Freiränder eine dreieckige umklappbare Lasche (16) enthalten, die durch eine Faltlinie mit dem entsprechenden zweiten Abschnitt verbunden ist.
  3. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die zweiten Abschnitte trapezförmig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen zweiten Satz seitlicher Umschlagklappen (14.1 bis 14.4) enthält, die an der Schmalseite der zweiten Abschnitte angeordnet, durch senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden vierten Faltlinien mit diesen verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, zumindest teilweise eine Verschlußfläche für die Schachtel zu bilden.
  4. Schachtel aus blattartigem Material, wie Karton oder Wellpappe, die mit dem Zuschnitt nach einen, der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 hergestellt ist, mit quadratischen oder rechteckigen, paarweise durch eine Faltlinie verbundenen Seitenflächen, wobei die Faltlinien parallel zueinander verlaufen und die Seitenflächen einen rechteckigen Quader (pa) bilden, und mit weiteren Seitenflächen, die eine Pyramide (py) oder einen Pyramidenstumpf bilden, dessen Grundfläche an den Quader angrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede dieser weiteren Flächen durch einen Abschnitt gebildet ist, der im Zuschnittszustand nicht miteinander verbundene schräge Seitenränder aufweist.
  5. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Seitenlaschen (16) aufweist, die für die Dichtheit entlang der Seitenkanten der Pyramide sorgen.
  6. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weiteren Seitenflächen dreieckig sind.
  7. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weiteren Seitenflächen trapezförmig sind.
  8. Schachtel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Verschlußfläche aufweist, die die Pyramide an der dem Quader gegenüber liegenden Seite abstumpft.
  9. Maschine zum Herstellen einer Schachtel mit einen Zuschnitt aus blattartigem Material, der eine Reihe von ersten rechteckigen oder quadratischen Abschnitten aufweist, die durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufenden Faltlinien miteinander verbunden sind, und einen ersten Satz seitlicher Umschlagklappen, die an einer Seite der Reihe von Abschnitten angeordnet, durch senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden zweiten Faltlinien mit dieser verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, zumindest teilweise den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei die Maschine ausgestattet ist mit
    - einem Dorn (20), dessen äußerer Querschnitt dem inneren Querschnitt der herzustellenden Schachtel entspricht,
    - Mitteln zum freien Tragen eines Zwischenabschnitts der Reihe von Abschnitten zumindest in etwa gegenüber der entsprechenden Fläche des Dorns, jedoch mit einigem Abstand zu dieser, und zum Annähern des Zwischenabschnitts in Richtung auf die entsprechende Fläche des Dorns, und zum Andrücken des Zwischenabschnitts an die entsprechende Fläche, nachdem die, dem Zwischenabschnitt benachbarten Abschnitte soweit zurückgefaltet wurden, bis diese benachbarten Abschnitte an dem Dorn anliegen,
    - Mitteln (76 bis 81) zum Wickeln der ersten Reihe von Abschnitten um den Dorn, und mit
    - Mitteln zum Befestigen zwischen diesen der Endabschnitte der so um den Dom gewickelten ersten Reihe von Abschnitten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt zweite dreieckige oder trapezförmige Abschnitte (12.1 bis 12.4) enthält, die jeweils durch ihre Grundfläche und an der, den seitlichen Umschlagklappen (10.1 bis 10.4) des ersten Satzes gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem der ersten Abschnitte (1 bis 4) entlang einer senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden dritten Faltlinie verbunden sind, wobei die schrägen Seitenränder der zweiten Abschnitte nicht miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei
    - der Dorn die Form eines Quaders (21) aufweist, an dem eine Pyramide (22) mit ihrer Grundfläche angrenzt,
    - die Trag-, Annäherungs- und Andrückmittel des Zwischenabschnitts eine Andrückplatte (50) enthalten, die zwei starr miteinander verbundene Flächen (51 und 52) aufweist, wobei die erste dieser Flächen dem Zwischenabschnitt entspricht und die zweite Flache demjenigen der zweiten Abschnitte, der dem Zwischenabschnitt benachbart ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Fläche der Andrückplatte einen Zweiflach bestimmen, so daß beim Andrücken der ersten Fläche an die entsprechende Fläche des Quaderteils des Dorns, die zweite Fläche an eine entsprechende Flache des Pyramidenteils des Dorns, die dem zweiten benachbarten Abschnitt entspricht, angedrückt wird, wobei die Kante (53) des Zweiflachs dann mit der Kante des Dorns übereinstimmt, welche durch die, jeweils dem Quaderteil und dem Pyramidenteil entsprechenden Flächen des Dorns bestimmt ist, und wobei
    - Mittel (82 bis 84) vorgesehen sind zum Andrücken der zweiten Abschnitte an eine entsprechende Fläche des pyramidenförmigen Teil des Dorns, und wobei
    - Mittel vorgesehen sind zum gegenseitigen Befestigen der zweiten Abschnitte, die so an den Dorn angedrückt sind.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, für einen Zuschnitt bei dem zumindest einige der zweiten Abschnitte entlang zumindest einem ihrer schrägen Freiränder eine dreieckige umklappbare Lasche (16) aufweisen, die mit dem entsprechenden zweiten Abschnitt durch eine Faltlinie verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum gegenseitigen Befestigen der zweiten Abschnitte Mittel (88 bis 91) enthalten zum Umschlagen und zum Befestigen der dreieckigen Laschen an die zweiten Abschnitte, die denjenigen benachbart sind, die diese Laschen tragen.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, für einen Zuschnitt bei dem die zweiten Abschnitte trapezförmig sind und der einen zweiten Satz seitlicher Umschlagklappen enthält, die an der Schmalseite der zweiten Abschnitte angeordnet und mit diesen verbunden sind durch senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufenden vierten Faltlinien, und die dazu bestimmt sind, zumindest teilweise eine Verschlußfläche für die Schachtel zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit
    - Mitteln (82 bis 85) zum Umfalten der Umschlagklappen des zweiten Satzes zur Endfläche (40) des Pyramidenteils des Dorns, und mit
    - Mitteln zum gegenseitigen Befestigen der so umgefalteten Umschlagklappen ausgestattet ist.
  12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Wickeln der ersten Reihe von Abschnitten um den Dorn ein bewegliches Organ (76) umfassen, das Schwenkarme (78, 79) enthält.
