Abstract

背景技术
本申请涉及转向柱组件,并且具体地涉及具有反转动特征的转向柱组件。
当一些车辆安装有允许车辆自动驾驶的系统时,该转向系统操作,此时要求转动转向盘,此时车辆处于自动驾驶模式。转向盘可以用于非驾驶功能(如,托盘桌),但是转向盘的转动限制此功能。将转向盘或相关联的中间部件从转向齿轮“去离合”导致转向盘的脱离,从而在操作者希望手动控制车辆时需要重新接合。
发明内容
在本申请的一个实施例中,提供一种构造成联接至转向盘的转向柱组件。该组件包括具有第一端和第二端的转向柱轴,第二端构造成联接至转向盘。该组件还包括联接至转向柱轴第一端的中间轴。该组件还包括联接至中间轴的转向输入齿轮。该组件还包括反向转动机构,其构造成使转向柱组件的转动运动反向转动,使得转向盘不转动。
在本公开的另一个实施例中,提供一种构造成与操作者转向输入装置联接的转向柱组件。该组件包括具有第一端和第二端的转向柱轴,第二端构造成与操作者转向输入装置联接。该组件还包括与转向柱轴的第一端联接的中间轴。该组件还包括反向转动机构,其构造成使转向柱轴和中间轴的至少一个的转动运动反向转动,从而使转向输入装置在与转身柱组件相反的转动方向上转动与转向柱组件相同的比例。
在本公开的另一实施例中,提供一种构造成联接至转向盘的转向柱组件。该组件包括具有第一端和第二端的转向柱轴,第二端构造成与转向盘联接。该组件还包括联接至转向柱轴第一端的中间轴。该组件还包括联接至中间轴的转向输入齿轮。该组件还包括反向转动机构,其构造成使转向柱组件的转动运动反向转动从而转向盘不转动,同时还保持转向柱轴、中间轴和转向输入齿轮之间的联接。

具体实施例
现在参考附图,将参考特定的实施例描述本发明,而不限于这些特定的实施例,图1示出了用于车辆(未示出)的示例性转向系统10。转向系统10使车辆的操作者能够通过操控转向柱组件12(其机械连接到路面车轮14)来控制车辆的方向,转向系统10也可以装备有自转向机构15,如先进驾驶员辅助系统(ADAS)等等。
转向柱组件12通常包括上柱轴16、下柱轴18、转向盘20、中间轴24和转向齿轮组件30。在示例性实施例中,转向盘20位于上柱轴16上,并且转向柱组件12可在展开位置和装载位置之间移动。在展开位置中,操作者可以施加转向力到转向柱组件12。在装载位置中,转向柱组件12的一部分(例如转向盘20)设置成远离驾驶员朝者车辆的仪表板(未示出),其为驾驶员提供增大的空间。
柱万向节22将下柱轴18联接到中间轴24,在其另一端处固定到下柱万向节26。齿轮轴28的一端联接到万向节26,并且另一端连接到转向齿轮组件30的齿轮29。齿轮组件30还包括长齿条32,齿条32的相对轴向端通过转向连杆与车辆的车轮14(仅示出一个)联接,该转向连杆包括横拉杆34(仅示出一个),其各自在内横拉杆端35处固定至齿条32,并且在外横拉杆端37处固定至一对转向关节36(仅示出一个)中的一个。
当车辆操作者转动转向盘20或者自转向机构15转动转向柱组件12的一部分时,施加转动力以转动齿轮29。齿轮29的运动引起齿条32在箭头38的方向上基本线性的运动,其又操控横拉杆34和转向关节36以便重新定位车轮14。
在示例性实施例中,转向系统10包括反向转动机构50,其构造成当车辆处于自动、半自动或选择性自动驾驶模式时,使转向柱组件12的一部分反向转动,从而齿轮29的操作不会使转向盘20转动。例如,反向转动机构50可以是机械的,例如美国专利号6,955,623中描述的那样,其全部内容通过引用的方式并入本文中。
反向转动机构50可操作地与转向柱组件12联接,从而主动给转向盘20施加相反的转动以给出车轮20被“锁定”(即不再移动)的效果。在某些实施例中,系统10可以包括多于一个反向转动机构50。在特定实施例的各个部位,反向转动机构50可以可操作地联接到转向柱组件12。在某些实施例中,机构50设置在中间轴24和齿轮29之间的第一位置100中。在其它实施例中,反向转动机构50的第二位置102位于中间轴24和转向柱轴18之间。在其它实施例,反向转动机构50的第三位置104位于转向柱轴16和转向盘20之间。
在替代的实施例中,反向转动机构50可以在轴内插入反向运动。例如,机构50可以设置在中间轴24内或者在轴16、18内。
因此,本公开提供用于装备有先进驾驶员辅助系统(ADAS)或等等的车辆的具有反向转动机构的转向柱组件。
在一个实施例中,当处于ADAS模式或自转向模式中时,通过使用反向转动机构(例如“主动前转向”机构),转向系统能够使转向盘静止(不转动)。由于自转向机构引导车辆沿着它的路线,所以转向齿轮(如齿条和齿轮)输入轴转动。但是,反向转动机构,其可以位于转向柱轴和齿轮输入轴之间,反向转动相同的或大体相同的角度以使对于操作者而言转向盘没有可见的转动。
因此,反向转动机构主动地施加相反的转动至转向盘,从而给出转向盘未转动并且未与转向柱轴16接合的效果。以此,一个优点就是,转向盘和转向系统可以一直用于由操作者人工控制车辆。
反向转动机构可以位于I轴和转向输入齿轮之间,位于I轴和柱转向轴之间以及/或者位于柱转向轴和转向盘之间。反向转动机构还可以定位成在轴(例如I轴或转向轴)内插入反向动作,这可能需要使部件分隔。
因此,反向转动机构有助于可变比转向而且使得能够实现零比转向。
虽然只结合有限数量的实施例来描述本发明,但是显然能够理解本发明并不限于这些公开的实施例。更确切地,本发明可以修改成并入迄今未描述的任意数量的变化、变型、替换或等同布置,但其与本发明的精神和范围相当。另外,尽管已经描述了本发明的各种实施例,但是能够理解,本发明的各方面可以只包括所述实施例的某些。因此,本发明不应视作由前面描述所限制。
Claims (13)
1.一种构造成联接至转向盘的转向柱组件,该组件包括:
转向柱轴,其具有第一端和第二端,所述第二端构造成联接至转向盘;
中间轴,其联接至转向柱轴第一端;
转向输入齿轮,其与中间轴连接;以及
反向转动机构,其构造成使转向柱组件的转动运动反向转动,从而转向盘不转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构位于中间轴和转向输入齿轮之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构位于中间轴和转向柱轴之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构位于中间柱轴和转向盘之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构位于中间轴内。
6.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构位于转向柱轴内。
7.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,还包括可操作地联接至转向柱组件的自转向机构,该自转向机构构造成在自动驾驶模式期间转动转向柱组件。
8.如权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,转向柱组件可以在驾驶员可以在手动转动转向盘的展开位置和使反向转动机构有效以防止转向盘转动的装载、反转动位置之间移动。
9.一种构造成联接至操作者转向输入装置的转向柱组件,该组件包括:
转向柱轴,其具有第一端和第二端,第二端构造成联接至操作者转向输入装置;
中间轴,其联接至转向柱轴的第一端;和
反向转动机构,其构造成使转向柱轴和中间轴的至少一个的转动运动反向转动,使得转向输入装置在与转向柱组件相反的转动方向上转动与转向柱组件相同的比例。
10.如权利要求9所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构设置在转向柱轴内。
11.如权利要求9所述的转向柱组件,其中,反向转动机构设置在中间轴内。
12.如权利要求9所述的转向柱组件,还包括可操作地连接到转向柱组件的自转向机构,该自转向机构构造成在自动驾驶模式期间转动转向柱组件。
13.如权利要求9所述的转向柱组件,其中,转向柱组件可以在驾驶员可以手动转动操作者转向输入设备的展开位置和使反向转动机构有效以防止转向盘转动的装载、反转动位置之间移动。
