Abstract

背景技术
毛羊皮被用于多种不同的制品,包括鞋类、外套(例如上衣)、手套和帽子、地毯、床罩、枕头和汽车坐椅套。所述毛羊皮为绝佳的隔热体并且还能够天然地透气。天然羊毛为柔软的、透气排湿的并且提供空气流通。
天然羊皮制品相关的成本取决于羊皮的品质和可用性。羊皮品质随多种因素、包括环境因素而有很大不同。据此,羊皮基于其是否是更高的品质、即皮革中几乎没有瑕疵还是更低的品质、即具有许多缺陷而被分级。毛羊皮品质和价格还受到产出毛羊皮的羊的种类的影响。特定种类的羊是更加理想的,因为这些特定种类的羊会产出品质更佳的皮和/或更加柔软的羊毛。而且,可用于制造上述制品的优质羊皮的数量受到可提供的羊的数量的限制。随着对于毛羊皮和天然羊毛制品需求的增长,与之相关的成本也在不断提高。
据此,就会需要由毛羊皮的替代物所制得的制品,所述替代物同样具有羊皮所期望的品质,同时能够降低相关的材料成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了利用剪切羊毛织物来制造鞋类部件的方法或步骤。更具体地,剪切羊毛与网格布(scrim)材料编织以形成天然羊毛、长毛绒织物,该织物极其接近羊皮羊毛并且在包括鞋类部件的许多应用中可被用于替代羊皮。鞋类部件可以是鞋内底、衬垫或其它部件。本方法还可被用于制造例如为上衣、手套、帽子的衣服的衬垫和其它部件,以及其它的衣服制品。
制造鞋类制品部件的本方法的实施方式包括提供两件式模具,将第一材料层插入到模具中,在第一材料层上灌注聚氨酯层,将一件羊毛起绒织物放置在聚氨酯层上并将模具闭合预设定的一段时间以形成羊毛起绒织物部件、例如鞋内底。在预设定的一段时间之后,模具被打开并将所模制的羊毛起绒织物部件从模具中移除。
在另一种实施方式中,缓冲材料为层压泡沫。在又一种实施方式中,层压泡沫为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。在又一种实施方式中,缓冲材料层为一件聚氨酯层压泡沫。
在另一种实施方式中,聚氨酯层厚度为2mm。
在又一种实施方式中,羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底。
本方法的另一种实施方式包括提供两件式模具,将具有羊毛纤维侧和网格布侧的羊毛起绒织物件插入到模具中,将液态泡沫施加至羊毛起绒织物件的网格布侧上以及将模具闭合预设定的一段时间以形成羊毛起绒织物部件。在预设定的一段时间之后,模具被打开并将所模制的羊毛起绒织物部件从模具中移除。
在一种实施方式中,液态泡沫为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。
在另一种实施方式中,所述方法还包括使液态泡沫渗过网格布并进入羊毛纤维的下部。
在又一种实施方式中,液态泡沫渗透至羊毛纤维中0.5至1.0mm的距离。
在另一种实施方式中,羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底。
另一种实施方式提供了鞋类部件,所述鞋类部件包括具有羊毛纤维侧和网格布侧的羊毛起绒织物件,以及位于网格布背侧/后侧的泡沫层。泡沫层渗过网格布并与羊毛纤维的下部相结合。
在一种实施方式中,泡沫层为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。
在另一种实施方式中,泡沫层延伸到羊毛纤维中0.5至1.0mm处。
在又一种实施方式中,羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底。

本发明的各种实施方式将仅在下文中通过实施例的方式参考附图来描述。附图包括可能未按比例绘制的示意图,其将为本领域技术人员参照所附的说明而完全理解。特征出于说明的目的可能会夸大。根据优选的实施方式,本领域技术人员将认识到本发明附加的特征和更为广泛的方面。
本发明涉及制造羊毛起绒织物的方法,该方法描述于共有的于2013年3月15日提交的名称为“Natural Wool Pile Fabric and Methodfor Making Wool Pile Fabric”的美国专利申请13/838,551中,该美国专利申请在这里通过参考而被引入。
图1示出用于制造鞋类部件、并且更特别是鞋、靴或其他鞋类制品的鞋内底14的两件式模具10的下方部分12(图3)。所述的两件式模具10可以是任何合适的模具。在图1中,模具10的下方部分12包括以鞋内底14形状被形成的凹进部16,其中鞋内底可以用于右脚或左脚的鞋。开始时,一件聚氨酯层压泡沫18被切割成约为凹进部16的形状并被放置在底部或下方模具部分12的凹进部中。层压泡沫18可以是Ortho1ite开孔聚氨酯泡沫、记忆泡沫或者其它合适的泡沫或泡沫制品。
图2示出了层压泡沫18位于模具10的下方部分12的凹进部16中,其中一层聚氨酯20被灌注或者以别的方式施加至泡沫18的上表面22并在该表面上均匀地扩展。优选地,聚氨酯层20的厚度为约两毫米,但是可以是其它合适的厚度。在聚氨酯被灌注至层压泡沫件18上之后,聚氨酯层20被允许固化预设定的一段时间,并优选直至干膜或者“干皮”至少出现在聚氨酯层的上表面23上。
在图3和4中,一件剪切羊毛织物24被切割为近似于鞋内底14的尺寸并被放置到聚氨酯层20上。在剪切羊毛制品24被放置在聚氨酯层上之后,模具10的上部或上方部分13被按压至模具的下方部分12上以闭合模具,并将层压泡沫18、聚氨酯层20和剪切羊毛制品24挤压或模制在一起。在预设定的一段时间之后,模具10被打开,即模具的下方部分12和上方部分13被分离,并且所模制的鞋内底14从两件式模具中移除。在所说明的实施方式中,模具10被闭合约五分钟并随后打开以移除鞋内底14。应当认识到模具10可以闭合持续结合部件可能所需要的其他时间周期。
图5示出可由如上所述方法制得的鞋内底14,其中,鞋内底包括泡沫层18、聚氨酯层20和剪切羊毛起绒织物24。在一种实施方式中,层压泡沫层18和聚氨酯层20分别为黄色的和红色的,但是可以是任意合适的颜色或颜色组合。类似地,剪切羊毛制品24为白色的或米黄色的,但是可被染成任何所期望的颜色或颜色组合。还应当认识到泡沫层18和聚氨酯层20可以是任意合适的厚度。
图6示出另一种鞋内底26,其具有不同的泡沫层28、聚氨酯层30和剪切羊毛织物层32。在这种实施方式中,更厚的泡沫被用于泡沫层,其中,泡沫可以是与如上所述的泡沫相同的或者不同的泡沫或者泡沫组合。应当认识到其它合适的泡沫、例如层压泡沫可被用于制造鞋或服装部件。
图7和8示出鞋类部件制造方法的另一种实施方式。在这种实施方式中,具有下方部分12′和上方部分13′的两件式模具10′是打开的并且一件剪切羊毛起绒织物31被切割为近似于鞋内底(或其它鞋类部件)的尺寸和形状,并被以羊毛起绒侧向下面向或者朝向凹进部33的底部的方式放置在下方部分中。剪切羊毛制品件的网格布或衬底材料侧35向上面向或者朝向模具10′的上方部分13′。接下来,处于液体或半液体状态的泡沫/缓冲材料37被灌注或以别的方式施加至该件剪切羊毛制品的网格布侧35。液态泡沫材料37至少部分地渗透衬底材料并至羊毛纤维内以在泡沫材料或泡沫材料层37和剪切羊毛制品31之间产生结合。优选地,泡沫材料37被施加至剪切羊毛制品31从而使得所述泡沫材料渗透网格布并进入纤维侧中且在纤维侧上与约0.5mm至1mm的纤维结合。以这种方式施加液态泡沫材料有助于使羊毛纤维保持更加笔直(而不是以相同的方向铺放或垫下),从而更加接近地仿制纤维会在多个不同方向上生长的天然羊皮。任何延伸超过鞋内底或鞋类部件周界的过量泡沫材料可被修整。
在上述实施方式中,鞋类部件使用两件式模具10或10′来制造。应当认识到三件式模具或者其它合适的模具、例如冲压模具或注射模具均可被用于制造该部件。
尽管本发明方法的特定实施方式已在这里被描述,然而本领域技术人员将认识到变形和改进均可在不脱离本发明范围的情况下以其更为广泛的范围而做出。
Claims (15)
1.一种鞋类制品部件的制造方法,其包括:
提供两件式模具;
将缓冲材料的第一层插入到模具中;
在所述缓冲材料的第一层上灌注聚氨酯层;
将一件羊毛起绒织物放置在聚氨酯层上;
将模具闭合预设定的一段时间以形成羊毛起绒织物部件;并且
在预设定的一段时间之后,打开模具并移除所模制的羊毛起绒织物部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缓冲材料为层压泡沫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述层压泡沫为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,缓冲材料层为一件聚氨酯层压泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯层的厚度为2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底。
7.一种鞋类制品部件的制造方法,其包括:
提供两件式模具;
将具有羊毛纤维侧和网格布侧的羊毛起绒织物件插入到模具中;
将液态泡沫施加至羊毛起绒织物件的网格布侧上;以及
将模具闭合预设定的一段时间以形成羊毛起绒织物部件;以及
在预设定的一段时间之后,打开模具并移除所模制的羊毛起绒织物部件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述液态泡沫为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,还包括使液态泡沫渗过网格布并进入羊毛纤维的下方部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,液态泡沫渗透至羊毛纤维中0.5至1.0mm的距离。
11.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底。
12.一种鞋类部件,其包括:
包含羊毛纤维侧和网格布侧(35)的羊毛起绒织物件(31);以及
位于网格布(35)后侧上的泡沫层(37),所述泡沫层渗过网格布并与羊毛纤维的下部相结合。
13.根据权利要求12所述的鞋类部件,其特征在于,所述泡沫层(37)为开孔聚氨酯泡沫和记忆泡沫中的一种。
14.根据权利要求12所述的鞋类部件,其特征在于,所述泡沫层(37)延伸到羊毛纤维中0.5至1.0mm处。
15.根据权利要求12所述的鞋类部件,其特征在于,所述羊毛起绒织物部件为鞋内底(14)。
