Abstract

De huidige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een werkwijze voor opwaarderen van viscose tapijten omvattende het voorbehandelen van een viscose tapijt, waarbij het viscose tapijt een poolzijde en een rugzijde omvat, waarbij het viscose tapijt door kloppen ontstoft wordt, waarbij de poolzijde van het viscose tapijt geborsteld wordt en waarbij de poolzijde van het viscose tapijt geschoren wordt, en het coaten van het tapijt ter versteviging van het tapijt waarbij het viscose tapijt tijdens het voorbehandelen en coaten een continue materiaalbaan is, waarbij het voorbehandelen een lijnproces vormt, waarbij het coaten een lijnproces vormt en waarbij één doorgang van het voorbehandelen minstens het meervoudig kloppen, borstelen of scheren van het viscose tapijt omvat. De uitvinding heeft eveneens betrekking op een inrichting voor opwaarderen van viscose tapijten omvattende een voorbehandelingslijn en een coatinglijn, waarbij de voorbehandelingslijn minstens twee kloppers, twee borstels en twee scheermodules omvat.
