Abstract

Eine Überwachungsvorrichtung (14) zum Überwachen einer automatisierten Spritzbeschichtung mittels einer Spritzvorrichtung (1) mit einer entlang einer bestimmten Bahn relativ zu der zu beschichtenden Bauteilfläche verfahrbaren Spritzdüse (3) umfasst:
eine Eingabeschnittstelle (15) zum Eingeben von die Geometrie der Bauteilfläche repräsentierenden Geometriedaten;
eine Bahndatenerfassungseinrichtung (17) zum zeitaufgelösten Erfassen der Bahndaten der Spritzdüse (3) relativ zu der Bauteilfläche;
eine Prozessdatenerfassungseinrichtung (19) zum zeitaufgelösten Erfassen der Prozessdaten des unter Verwendung der Spritzdüse (3) durchgeführten Beschichtungsprozesses;
eine mit der Eingabeschnittstelle (15) zum Empfang der Geometriedaten, mit der Bahndatenerfassungseinrichtung (17) zum Empfang der zeitaufgelöst erfassten Bahndaten und mit der Prozessdatenerfassungseinrichtung (19) zum Empfangen der zeitaufgelöst erfassten Prozessdaten verbundene Simulationseinheit (21), die dazu ausgelegt ist, das Aufbringen der Spritzbeschichtung auf die Bauteilfläche anhand der erfassten Bahndaten, der erfassten Prozessdaten und der Geometrie der Bauteilfläche zu simulieren und in Form von Simulationsdaten einer simulierten Beschichtung zur Ausgabe bereit zu halten;
und
eine mit der Simulationseinheit (21) zum Empfang der Simulationsdaten verbundene Abweichungsberechnungseinheit (23) zum Berechnen einer Abweichung der simulierten Beschichtung von der gewünschten Beschichtung.
