Claims (26)
1. Способ получения полиэфир полимера, включающий:
(i) осахаривание биомассы с образованием осахаренной биомассы;
(ii) контактирование осахаренной биомассы с микроорганизмом с получением одного или более продуктов; и
(iii) конвертирование одного или более продуктов в полиэфир полимер.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором полиэфир полимер включает поли(молочную кислоту).
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или более продуктов, включает органическую кислоту.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором органическая кислота, включает молочную кислоту.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором микроорганизм, включает молочнокислые бактерии (LAB).
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором микроорганизм, включает вид из рода Lactobacillus.
7. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий, обработку биомассы до стадии (i) для снижения ее неподатливости.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором обработка включает уменьшение размера (например, механического уменьшения размера отдельных фрагментов биомассы), радиационное облучение, обработку ультразвуком, пиролиз или окисление.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором обработка включает радиационное облучение, например, с использованием ионизирующего излучения.
10. Способ по п. 7, в котором неподатливость биомассы снижается по меньшей мере приблизительно на 10%.
11. Способ по п. 7, в котором неподатливость биомассы снижается на 50%-90%.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором биомасса представляет собой лигноцеллюлозный или целлюлозный материал.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором биомасса включает бумагу, бумажную продукцию, бумажные отходы, древесину, прессованную древесину, древесные опилки, сельскохозяйственные отходы, сточную воду, силос, траву, рисовую шелуху, жмых, хлопок, джут, пеньку, лен, бамбук, сизаль, абаку, солому, сердцевину кукурузных початков, кукурузную солому, просо, люцерну, сено, рисовую шелуху, кокосовые волокна, хлопок, морскую траву, водоросли и их смеси.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором конвертирование на стади (iii), включает увеличение степени полимеризации при образовании полиэфир полимера.
15. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий, выделение полиэфир полимера.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором выделение включает хроматографию.
17. Полиэфир полимер, включающий молочную кислоту, полученный способом по п. 1.
18. Способ получения полиэфир полимера, включающего молочную кислоту, включающий:
(i) осахаривание лигноцеллюлозной или целлюлозной биомассы с образованием осахаренной лигноцеллюлозной или целлюлозной биомассы;
(ii) контактирование осахаренной биомассы с микроорганизмом с получением молочной кислоты; и
(iii) конвертирование молочной кислоты в полиэфир полимер, включающий молочную кислоту.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором микроорганизм, включает молочнокислые бактерии (LAB).
20. Способ по п. 18, в котором микроорганизм, включает вид из рода Lactobacillus.
