Claims (17)

1. Способ полимеризации олефинов с получением полиолефинового полимера с мультимодальным распределением по составу, включающий в себя приведение этилена и сомономера в контакт с каталитической системой, где каталитическая система включает в себя первое каталитическое соединение и второе каталитическое соединение, которые совместно нанесены на носитель с формированием совместно нанесенной каталитической системы, где первое каталитическое соединение включает в себя соединение со следующей формулой:
(C5HaR1 b)(C5HcR2 d)HfX2,
в которой каждый R1 независимо представляет собой H, углеводородную группу, замещенную углеводородную группу или гетероатомную группу; каждый R2 независимо представляет собой H, углеводородную группу, замещенную углеводородную группу или гетероатомную группу; a и c имеют значение ≥ 3; a+b=c+d=5; по меньшей мере один R1 и по меньшей мере один R2 представляют собой углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу; смежные группы R1 и группы R2 могут быть соединены с образованием кольца; и каждый X независимо представляет собой уходящую группу, выбираемую из лабильной углеводородной, замещенной углеводородной или гетероатомной группы, или двухвалентный радикал, который связан с группой R1 или R2; и второе каталитическое соединение включает в себя по меньшей мере одно соединение с нижеследующими формулами:

в которых каждый R3 независимо представляет собой H, углеводородную группу, замещенную углеводородную группу или гетероатомную группу; R4 представляет собой углеводородную группу, замещенную углеводородную группу или гетероатомную группу; каждый R5 независимо представляет собой H, углеводородную группу, замещенную углеводородную группу или гетероатомную группу; где R3, R4 и R5 могут быть одинаковыми или различными; и каждый X независимо представляет собой уходящую группу, выбираемую из лабильной углеводородной, замещенной углеводородной, гетероатомной группы, или двухвалентный радикал, который связан с группой R3, R4 или R5.
2. Способ по п.1, где значение соотношения включения сомономера/этилена для второго катализатора составляет менее примерно 0,8 от значения соотношения включения сомономера/этилена для первого катализатора.
3. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя непрерывное объединение суспензии каталитического компонента с раствором каталитического компонента с формированием совместно нанесенной каталитической системы.
4. Способ по п.3, где суспензия каталитического компонента содержит первое каталитическое соединение, а раствор каталитического компонента содержит второе каталитическое соединение.
5. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя:
проведение измерений на образце полиолефинового полимера, чтобы получить первоначальное свойство продукта; и
изменение технологического параметра, чтобы получить второе свойство продукта, основываясь, по меньшей мере частично, на первоначальном свойстве продукта.
6. Способ по п.5, где проведение измерений на образце полиолефинового полимера включает в себя измерение включения сомономера как функции молекулярной массы.
7. Способ по п.5, где проведение измерений на образце включает в себя определение индекса текучести, индекса расплава, отношения двух индексов расплава, плотности, молекулярно-массового распределения, содержания сомономера или любых сочетаний названных показателей.
8. Способ по п.5, где изменение технологического параметра
включает в себя регулировку молярного количества каталитического компонента, который объединяют с суспензией каталитического компонента.
9. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя регулировку отношения количеств сомономера к этилену в реакторе полимеризации для того, чтобы контролировать распределение по составу, молекулярно-массовое распределение, индекс расплава (I2) или отношение двух индексов расплава, либо любых сочетаний названных показателей полиолефинового полимера.
10. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя регулировку отношения количеств водорода к этилену в реакторе полимеризации для того, чтобы контролировать распределение по составу, молекулярно-массовое распределение, индекс расплава (I2) или отношение двух индексов расплава, либо любых сочетаний названных показателей полиолефинового полимера.
