Claims (22)
- 화상 형성 장치에서의 복수의 건식 인쇄 유닛 중 적어도 하나의 건식 유닛으로 화상을 형성하는 방법으로서,정전 잠상 유지 부재의 표면을 대전시키는 단계,상기 잠상 유지 부재의 대전된 표면상에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 단계,토너와 캐리어를 함유하는 현상제를 사용하여 토너 화상을, 현상기의 현상제 유지 부재상에 형성하기 위해 상기 정전 잠상을 현상하는 단계,화상 수용 부재상에 상기 토너 화상을 전사하는 단계를 구비하고,상기 현상기는 보급 시스템에 의해서 보급 토너를 현상기로 보급하는 단계, 현상제의 초과분을 배출 시스템에 의해서 회수하기 위해서 현상 장치로부터 현상제를 배출하는 단계를 가지고, 상기 보급 토너는 보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어를 함유하고, 상기 캐리어는 5 내지 40 중량%의 범위에 있고, 코어상에 피복을 가지며, 상기 피복은 수지와 도전성 재료를 함유하고, 상기 수지는 적어도 카르복실기를 함유하는 모노머와 플루오르를 함유하는 모노머, 3 내지 10 탄소 원자를 가지는 분기상(branch)을 갖는 알킬 메타크릴레이트 모노머, 1 내지 3 탄소 원자를 가진 리니어 알킬기를 함유하는 알킬 메타크릴레이트 모너머와 1 내지 3 탄소 원자를 가진 리니어 알킬기를 함유하는 알킬 아크릴레이트 모노머 중 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토너 및 보급용 토너는 체적 평균 입자 크기가 3 내지 10㎛이고, 식 SF1=R2/A ×π/4 × 100에 따른 토너 형상 계수 SF1가 110 내지 135이고, 이 식에서 R은 토너 입자의 최대 길이를 나타내고, A는 토너 입자의 투영 면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토너 화상을 전사하는 단계 후에 상기 정전 잠상 유지 부재의 표면을 세척하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화상 형성 장치의 공정 속도는 자동과 수동 중 적어도 하나로 전환할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면을 대전시키는 단계는 롤 대전형 대전 장치를 포함하는 대전 수단에 의해서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보급용 토너의 상기 보급용 캐리어는 체적 고유 저항이 107내지 1014Ω·㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카르복실기를 함유하는 모노머는 상기 수지내에서의 총 모노머에 대한 배합량이 0.1 내지 15.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플루오르를 함유하는 모노머는 상기 수지내에서의 총 모노머에 대한 배합량이 0.1 내지 50.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1 내지 3 탄소원자를 가진 리니어 알킬기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 모노머의 수지내의 함유량과, 3 내지 10 탄소원자를 가진 분기상을 갖는 모너머의 수지내의 함유량 사이의 중량비는 10 : 90 내지 90 : 10의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 화상 형성 장치에서의 복수의 건식 인쇄 유닛 중 적어도 하나의 건식 유닛으로 화상을 형성하는 방법으로서,정전 잠상 유지 부재의 표면을 대전시키는 단계,상기 잠상 유지 부재의 대전된 표면상에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 단계,토너와 캐리어를 함유하는 현상제를 사용하여 토너 화상을, 현상기의 현상제 유지 부재상에 형성하기 위해 상기 정전 잠상을 현상하는 단계,화상 수용 부재상에 상기 토너 화상을 전사하는 단계를 구비하고,상기 현상기는 보급 시스템에 의해서 보급 토너를 현상기로 보급하는 단계, 현상제의 초과분을 배출 시스템에 의해서 회수하기 위해서 현상 장치로부터 현상제를 배출하는 단계를 가지고, 상기 보급 토너는 보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어를 함유하고, 상기 캐리어는 5 내지 40 중량%의 범위에 있고, 코어상에 피복을 가지며, 상기 보급용 토너는 체적 평균 입자 크기가 3 내지 10㎛이고, 식 SF1=R2/A ×π/4 × 100에 따른 토너 형상 계수 SF1가 110 내지 135이고, 이 식에서 R은 토너 입자의 최대 길이를 나타내고, A는 토너 입자의 투영 면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 보급용 토너는 토너 외부 첨가제로서 참 비중이 1.3 내지 1.9이고 체적 평균 입자 크기가 80 내지 300 nm인 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 토너 화상을 전사하는 단계 후에 상기 정전 잠상 유지 부재의 표면을 세척하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 화상 형성 장치의 공정 속도는 자동과 수동 중 적어도 하나로 전환할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 표면을 대전시키는 단계는 롤 대전형 대전 장치를 포함하는 대전 수단에 의해서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어를 함유하는 보급 토너로서,제 1 항에 따른 화상 형성 방법에서 보급용 토너를 보급하는 단계에서 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보급 토너.
- 보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어를 함유하는 보급 토너로서,제 10 항에 따른 화상 형성 방법에서 보급용 토너를 보급하는 단계에서 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보급 토너.
- 보급용 토너를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 항에 따른 화상 형성 방법에서 현상제의 초과분을 회수하는 단계에 의해서 회수되는 초과 현상제로부터 캐리어를 분리하는 단계, 및보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어로서의 캐리어를 혼합하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보급용 토너 제조 방법.
- 보급용 토너를 제조하는 방법으로서,제 10 항에 따른 화상 형성 방법에서 현상제의 초과분을 회수하는 단계에 의해서 회수되는 초과 현상제로부터 캐리어를 분리하는 단계, 및보급용 토너와 보급용 캐리어로서의 캐리어를 혼합하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보급용 토너 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 따른 보급용 토너를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 보급용 토너와 혼합되는 상기 보급용 캐리어는 체적 고유 저항이 107내지 1014Ω·㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 보급용 토너 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 따른 보급용 토너를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 보급용 토너와 혼합되는 상기 보급용 캐리어는 체적 고유 저항이 107내지 1014Ω·㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 보급용 토너 제조 방법.
- 화상 형성 장치의 현상기에 보급용 토너를 보급하는 토너 카트리지로서,제 15 항에 따른 보급용 토너를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 카트리지.
- 화상 형성 장치의 현상기에 보급용 토너를 보급하는 토너 카트리지로서,제 16 항에 따른 보급용 토너를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 카트리지.
