Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 하부기판 및 상부기판을 준비하는 공정;상기 양 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에, 폐쇄형의 주 UV경화형 씨일재를 도포하고, 상기 주 UV경화형 씨일재의 외곽영역에 폐쇄형의 더미 UV경화형 씨일재를 도포하는 공정;상기 양 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 공정;상기 양 기판을 합착하는 공정;상기 더미 UV경화형 씨일재와 셀절단라인이 겹치는 영역을 마스크로 가리고 UV를 조사하는 공정; 및상기 합착기판을 셀단위로 절단하는 공정을 포함하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV조사공정은 상기 셀절단라인과 겹치는 더미 UV경화형 씨일재 영역 중에서 상측 및 하측 영역을 마스크로 가리고 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV조사공정은 상기 셀절단라인과 겹치는 더미 UV경화형 씨일재 영역 중 에서 좌측 및 우측 영역을 마스크로 가리고 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 UV조사공정은 상기 주 UV경화형 씨일재 내부의 액티브 영역을 추가로 마스크로 가리고 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주 및 더미 UV경화형 씨일재는 양 말단에 아크릴기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주 및 더미 UV경화형 씨일재는 한쪽 말단에는 아크릴기가, 다른 쪽 말단에는 에폭시기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 UV조사 공정후 가열공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 셀절단공정은 스크라이브 및 브레이크 공정을 하나의 공정으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부기판 위에 칼럼스페이서를 형성하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주 및 더미 UV경화형 씨일재를 상기 상부기판 위에 형성하고, 상기 액정을 상기 하부기판 위에 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
