Claims (14)
- 하부기판 및 상부기판을 준비하는 공정;상기 상부기판 상에 UV경화형 씨일재를 형성하는 공정;상기 하부기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 공정;상기 상부기판과 하부기판을 합착하는 공정;상기 씨일재가 형성된 영역 이외의 영역을 가리도록 마스크를 상기 합착기판과 얼라인하는 공정; 및상기 마스크로 가려진 합착기판에 UV를 조사하여 UV경화형 씨일재를 경화시키는 공정을 포함하며,이때, 상기 얼라인 공정은 상기 마스크 및 합착기판에 얼라인마크를 형성하여 화상으로 조절하면서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마스크를 상기 합착 기판의 상측 또는 하측에 위치시키고 얼라인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 UV를 합착 기판 내부에만 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마스크를 상기 합착 기판의 상측 및 하측에 위치시키고 얼라인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 씨일재는 양 말단에 아크릴기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 씨일재는 한쪽 말단에는 아크릴기가, 다른 쪽 말단에는 에폭시기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
