- 非開心術中に患者の生来の弁を修復するための弁修復システムであって、
前記弁修復システムは、

前記送達デバイス(102,302)の管腔を通して送達されるように構成されると共に、患者の生来の弁に取り付けるように構成された弁修復デバイス(100,200,300,500)と、
を備え、
前記弁修復デバイス(100,200,300,500)は、
第1のアンカー部分(106,206,306)および第2のアンカー部分(106,206,306)であって、開いた位置と閉じた位置との間で移動可能である第1のアンカー部分(106,206,306)および第2のアンカー部分(106,206,306)と、
前記第1のアンカー部分(106,206,306)に取り付けられた第1の留め具(130,230,330,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200)、および前記第2のアンカー部分(106,206,306)に取り付けられた第2の留め具(130,230,330,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200)と、
を備え、
前記留め具は、患者の生来の弁に取り付けるように構成されており、
前記弁修復デバイス(100,200,300,500)は、伸長状態で前記送達デバイス(102,302)に装填され、
前記弁修復デバイス(100,200,300,500)の伸長状態において、前記第1のアンカー部分および第2のアンカー部分(106,206,306)は開いた位置にあり、かつ前記留め具は閉じた位置にある、弁修復システム。 - 前記アンカー部分は、
内側パドル部分(122,222)と、
外側パドル部分(120,220)と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の弁修復システム。 - 前記アンカー部分は、可撓性メッシュ材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の弁修復システム。
- 前記内側パドル部分および前記外側パドル部分は、パドルフレーム(224)を覆って配置されたメッシュを含む、請求項2に記載の弁修復システム。
- 前記内側パドル部分は前記パドルフレーム(224)の第1の側面に配置され、かつ前記外側パドル部分は前記パドルフレーム(224)の第2の側面に配置される、請求項4に記載の弁修復システム。
- 前記第1の留め具および第2の留め具(130,230,330,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200)のそれぞれが、前記第1の留め具および第2の留め具(130,230,330,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200)を患者の生来の弁に取り付けるための返しの付いた部分(536)を備える、請求項1に記載の弁修復システム。
- 把持部制御機構(3600,3700,3800,3900)は、
前記第1の留め具(130,230,330,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200)を動かすように構成された第1の把持部制御器(3612,3710)と、
