前記本体を通って延びる第2のルーメンを備え、前記第2のルーメンは、前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの第2のルーメンに連続し、
取付部材を備え、前記取付部材は、前記第2のルーメンの近位端において前記本体内に形成され、
前記第1のルーメンの近位端において前記本体の近位端に取り付けられた第1の支持構造体を備え、
前記第1のルーメンの遠位端において前記本体の遠位端に取り付けられた第2の支持構造体を備え、前記第1及び第2の支持構造体が前記第1のルーメンに漏れ防止シールを提供する
モジュラーアセンブリ。 - 前記本体と前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの両第1のルーメンは、当該両第1のルーメンを通る第1の内視鏡器具を受け入れるように構成され、前記本体と前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの両第2のルーメンは、当該両第2のルーメンを通る第2の内視鏡器具を受け入れるように構成される、請求項1に記載のモジュラーアセンブリ。

前記本体を通って延び、前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの第2のルーメンに連続する第2のルーメンと、
前記第2のルーメンの近位端において前記本体内に形成された取付部材と、
前記第1のルーメンの近位端において前記本体の近位端に取り付けられた第1の支持構造体と、
前記第1のルーメンの遠位端において前記本体の遠位端に取り付けられた第2の支持構造体と
を備え、前記第1及び第2の支持構造体が前記第1のルーメンに漏れ防止シールを提供し、
第1の内視鏡器具を備え、前記第1の内視鏡器具は、前記本体と前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの前記第1のルーメンを通って延び、
第2の内視鏡器具を備え、前記第2の内視鏡器具は、前記本体と前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの前記第2のルーメンを通って延びる、システム。 - 前記第1の内視鏡器具はラジアル超音波プローブであり、前記第2の内視鏡器具は生検針である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の内視鏡器具は、前記デュアルルーメンカテーテル内の第1の位置と第2の位置との間で横方向に移動するように構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記取付部材は、スナップロック構成で前記第2の内視鏡器具のハンドルアセンブリを受け入れるように構成される、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記モジュラーアセンブリの前記本体に沿って横方向に移動するように構成される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記第2の内視鏡器具の遠位端が前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの前記第2のルーメン内に配置される第1の位置と、前記第2の内視鏡器具の前記遠位端が前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルの遠位端を超えて延びる第2の位置とから移動するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記第2の内視鏡器具を前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成されたプランジャを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記デュアルルーメンカテーテルは、気管支鏡の作業チャネルを通って延びるように構成される、請求項4~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
