Claims (14)
- 心臓弁までの血管内送達に適応する心臓弁支持体であって、
折り畳まれた送達用構成と展開された構成をそれぞれ有する第1及び第2の支持要素を含み、
少なくとも2つの架橋部材が第1の支持要素から第2の支持要素まで延在し、前記架橋部材は送達用構成と展開された構成を有し、前記架橋部材は展開された構成では第1及び第2の支持要素から半径方向内側に延在し、
前記支持要素の1つには1つまたはそれ以上の弁葉が取り付けられる、心臓弁支持体。 - 心臓弁までの血管内送達に適応する心臓弁支持体であって、単一リング形状の支持要素を含み、前記支持要素は折り畳まれた送達用構成と展開された構成を有し、かつ前記支持要素には1つまたはそれ以上の弁葉が取り付けられる、心臓弁支持体。
- 前記支持体がさらに1つまたはそれ以上の安定化用アームを含む、請求項1または2に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 前記支持体には3つの弁葉が取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 前記支持体には2つの弁葉が取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の弁葉が非生物学的材料を用いて構成される、請求項1または2に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 少なくとも1つの支持要素が、その展開された構成では、平らな環状リングの形態を有し、かつ前記環状のリングの外半径と内半径の間の差(Rd)は、1から20mmの範囲内にある、請求項1または2に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- Rdと平らな環状リングの厚さの間の比が、10:1と20:1の間にある、請求項7に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 平らな環状リングの内径が、23から29mmの範囲内にあり、かつこの外径は、30から50mmの範囲内にある、請求項7に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 平らな環状リングの厚さが、0.25から0.8mmの範囲内にある、請求項7に記載の心臓弁支持体。
- 置換用心臓弁を埋め込むための2段階方法であって、
第1の段階では、1つまたはそれ以上の支持要素と、前記支持要素の1つに取り付けられた1つまたはそれ以上の弁葉とを含む弁支持装置を、対象者の心臓弁の近くの場所まで送達して、前記支持要素を折り畳まれた送達用構成から拡張して、拡張されて展開された構成であって、弁輪の領域内で心臓組織に対して固定し、これによってその前に生来の弁によって遂行されていた機能を前記弁葉が遂行するようにし、
