Claims (11)
- ジンバル湾曲部に2段始動(DSA)構造を有するサスペンションであって、
ロード点窪みを有するロードビームと、
前記ロードビームに装着され、かつ、金属層を備える湾曲部であって、前記金属層が、
一対のバネアームと、
前記バネアーム間に配置される舌状部と、
前記一対のバネアームを前記舌状部に接続する一対の長尺状の支柱であって、前記支柱の長軸が相互に平行でありかつオフセットされ、前記一対の支柱間の中線が該一対の支柱から等距離にある支柱と、
を備える湾曲部と、
前記湾曲部に搭載されるモータと、
を備え、前記モータの電気始動により前記一対の支柱が屈曲して回転軸を中心に前記舌状部を回転させ、回転軸が前記窪みと一致し、前記中線が前記回転軸と窪みからオフセットされ、前記舌状部の質量中心が前記回転軸の遠位または近位の一方に配置され、前記支柱間の中線が該回転軸の遠位または近位の他方に配置されるサスペンション。 - 前記窪みと前記支柱間の中線とのオフセットが、前記窪みと一致しない第1の回転軸を中心とした舌状部の回転傾向を相殺する請求項1に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記一対の支柱の第1の支柱が前記モータの近位に配置され、前記一対の支柱の第2の支柱が前記モータの遠位に配置される請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記一対の支柱の第1の支柱が前記一対の支柱の第2の支柱の近位に配置され、前記第1の支柱が前記モータの近位縁から第1の距離離れて配置され、前記第2の支柱が前記モータの遠位縁から第2の距離離れて配置され、前記第1の距離が前記第2の距離と等しくないために前記一対の支柱が前記モータに対して非対称に配置される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- それぞれが1つ以上の絶縁導体を備える一対のトレースをさらに備え、前記金属層がベース部をさらに備え、前記一対のバネアームが前記ベース部から遠位に延在し、前記一対のトレースが前記一対のバネアームを超えて横方向に延在することなく前記ベース部から前記舌状部まで延在する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記金属層が前記ベース部から遠位に延在する一対のスネークテザーをさらに備え、前記一対のスネークテザーが前記トレースをそれぞれ支持し、各トレースが前記一対のバネアーム間に配置される少なくとも2つの可撓屈曲部を備える請求項5に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記モータの対向端がそれぞれ前記バネアームに搭載される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記金属層の2つの最も狭い部分が前記一対の支柱を画定する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記一対の支柱が、前記一対のバネアームと前記舌状部とを接続する前記金属層の唯一の部分である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 各バネアームは外側アーム部、内側アーム部、前記内側アーム部を前記外側アーム部に接続する遠位屈曲部を備え、前記一対の支柱はそれぞれ前記一対のバネアームの内側アーム部を接続する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記支柱の長軸が前記サスペンションの長軸に直交する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
