Claims (7)
- モータコアに軸線方向に沿って形成された磁石挿入孔に対し、樹脂の充填によりマグネットが埋め込まれた磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法であって、
固形状態の樹脂材料を前記磁石挿入孔に挿入する樹脂挿入工程と、
前記磁石挿入孔内において前記樹脂材料を溶融させる溶融工程と、
前記磁石挿入孔内を加圧する加圧工程と
を含み、
前記溶融工程では、予熱された前記マグネットを前記磁石挿入孔に挿入することにより、前記樹脂材料の少なくとも一部を溶融させることを特徴とする磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂材料は熱硬化性樹脂からなり、
前記モータコアを加熱することにより、前記加圧工程において加圧された前記樹脂材料を硬化させる熱硬化工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂挿入工程よりも前に前記モータコアを予熱するコア予熱工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。
- 前記溶融工程では、少なくとも前記樹脂挿入工程よりも後に前記モータコアを加熱することにより、前記樹脂材料を溶融させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂材料は、顆粒状の原料樹脂を成型してなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂材料は、前記磁石挿入孔を画定する面の少なくとも1つに当接可能な当接面を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂材料は、顆粒状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の磁石埋め込み型コアの製造方法。
