Claims (8)
- 結合材を含む磁石粉末と結合材を含むアトマイズ鉄粉とが、互いが接触して形成する接合面においてかみ合う状態で一体的に圧縮成形された鉄ヨーク一体のボンド磁石において、鉄ヨーク部とボンド磁石部を各々個別に圧縮成形して加圧方向の厚みを揃える時の基準量に対して、鉄ヨークの基準量を1〜20質量%増やすことを特徴とする鉄ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 結合材を含む磁石粉末と結合材を含む軟磁性粉末とが、互いが接触して形成する接合面においてかみ合う状態で一体的に圧縮成形された軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石において、軟磁性ヨーク部の熱硬化処理後のヤング率をボンド磁石部のそれの100〜120%とすることを特徴とする軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 軟磁性ヨーク部とボンド磁石部を各々個別に圧縮成形して加圧方向の厚みを揃える時の基準量に対して、軟磁性ヨークの基準量を10質量%以下の範囲で増加させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 結合材を含む磁石粉末と結合材を含む軟磁性粉末とが、互いが接触して形成する接合面においてかみ合う状態で一体的に圧縮成形された軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石において、軟磁性粉末がアトマイズ鉄粉中に珪素鉄、鉄基アモルファス合金、ナノ結晶軟磁性材料、ステンレス鋼、鋳鉄の各材料からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の材料からなる粉末を3〜30質量%含んで成ることを特徴とする軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 結合材を含む磁石粉末と結合材を含む軟磁性粉末とが、互いが接触して形成する接合面においてかみ合う状態で一体的に圧縮成形された軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石において、軟磁性粉末がアトマイズ鉄粉中にSi、SiO2、SiC、Al2O3、MgOの各粉末からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の粉末を3〜30質量%含んで成ることを特徴とする軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 結合材を含む磁石粉末と結合材を含む軟磁性粉末とが、互いが接触して形成する接合面においてかみ合う状態で一体的に圧縮成形された軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石において、軟磁性粉末がアトマイズ鉄粉中にCr、Mo、V、W、Coの各元素からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の元素を含む鉄系の合金粉末に絶縁処理を施した粉末を3〜30質量%含んで成ることを特徴とする軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石。
- 請求項2乃至6の何れかに記載の軟磁性ヨーク一体のボンド磁石を備えたことを特徴とするモータ用磁石回転子。
- 界磁巻線を有する固定子と、該固定子が形成する回転磁界に応じて回転する回転子とを備えたモータであり、前記回転子は請求項7に記載のモータ用磁石回転子であることを特徴とするモータ。
