Description
(1)本発明の積層鉄心の製造方法によって、積層鉄心の量産が可能となった。
(2)回転子鉄心本体へのカルプレートの取付け取り外しを1台の装置(即ち、1ステーション)で行うことができるので、製造設備の小スペース化が可能となった。
(3)樹脂封止が完了した回転子積層鉄心から取り外したカルプレートを直ちにクリーニングして、次の回転子鉄心本体の表面に取付けるため、少数のカルプレートを繰り返し使用でき、多数のカルプレートを用意する必要がない。
(4)カルプレートの回転子鉄心本体への取付けから、樹脂封止、カルプレートの取り外し、カルプレートのクリーニング、及び次の回転子鉄心本体へのカルプレートの取付けを連続的に行うので、カルプレートの自然放冷による温度下降が少なく、カルプレートを次の回転子鉄心本体に取付けた後回転子鉄心本体の温度に短時間で昇温できる。これによって、カルプレートの予熱が不要となる。
図2(A)、(B)に示すように、本発明の一実施の形態に係る積層鉄心の製造方法を適用する回転子積層鉄心10は、中央に軸孔11が形成された回転子鉄心本体12の半径方向外側領域に複数の磁石挿入孔13が形成され、各磁石挿入孔13にはそれぞれ永久磁石14が挿入され、樹脂(熱硬化性樹脂)15によって樹脂封止されている。軸孔11には内側に突出するキー(凸条)17が設けられ、回転子鉄心本体12に形成された磁石挿入孔13の位置(即ち、角度)を特定できるようになっている。
また、前記実施の形態においては、各鉄心片18が円板状となっているが、帯状の鉄心片を折り曲げて形成した巻鉄心であっても本発明は適用される。
なお、永久磁石を挿入する前に、回転子鉄心本体を予熱し、その後、予熱した(又は予熱していない)永久磁石を入れることもできる。
Claims (2)
- 複数の鉄心片が積層され、永久磁石を挿入した又は挿入する複数の磁石挿入孔が形成された回転子鉄心本体を搬送して予熱装置に入れて予熱する第1工程と、前記予熱装置から取り出した前記回転子鉄心本体を、カルプレートの着脱を行うステーションに搬送し、該ステーションで前記回転子鉄心本体の表面に前記カルプレートを取付ける第2工程と、樹脂封止金型に前記カルプレートが取付けられた前記回転子鉄心本体を配置する第3工程と、前記樹脂封止金型で前記回転子鉄心本体を押圧し、前記樹脂封止金型に形成された複数の樹脂溜めポット内の樹脂を加熱して液状にする第4工程と、液状となった前記樹脂を前記樹溜めポットから押し出し、前記複数の磁石挿入孔に充填し、該樹脂を硬化させる第5工程と、前記樹脂封止金型から樹脂封止が完了した回転子積層鉄心を取り出し、前記カルプレートを除去する第6工程とを有し、しかも、前記カルプレートの取付けを行う前記第2工程と、前記回転子積層鉄心から前記カルプレートを取り外す前記第6工程は、前記樹脂封止金型外にある同一の前記ステーションで行われ、該第6工程で取り外した前記カルプレートを、予熱なしで前記第2工程の前記カルプレートとして使用することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の積層鉄心の製造方法において、前記第2工程で使用する前記カルプレートは、前記第6工程で前記回転子積層鉄心から取り外した前記カルプレートをクリーニングした後、前記第1工程で予熱が完了した前記回転子鉄心本体の表面に取付けることを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。
