前記第1の太陽電池の前記第1極性表面と前記第2の太陽電池の前記第2極性表面とは、ともに同じ方向を向いており、
複数の最大出力追従制御(MPPT)デバイスを更に含み、それぞれのMPPTデバイスが、個々の太陽電池に結合され、それにより電池レベルのMPPTを容易にするものであり、
それぞれのMPPTデバイスは、隣接する2つの太陽電池間のコーナースペースに配置されて前記金属タブに接触している、ソーラーモジュール。 - 前記金属タブの幅が実質的に前記第1の単一バスバー及び前記第2の単一バスバーの長さと同様である、請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 複数の太陽電池が金属タブによって1つのストリングに結合され、複数のストリングが電気的に直列又は並列に結合される、請求項1又は2記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記金属タブの長さが3〜12mmの間である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記多層半導体構造が、
基層と、
表面側又は裏面側エミッタと、
裏面又は表面フィールド層と、
を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。 - 前記多層半導体構造が、前記基層の両側に位置決めされた量子トンネリングバリア(QTB)層を含む、請求項5記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記金属グリッドが少なくとも1つの電気めっきCu層を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記単一バスバーの幅が0.5〜3mmの間である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記表面側及び裏面側カバーが、前記ソーラーモジュールの両面構成を容易にするために透明である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池が、
1つの5インチ太陽電池、
1つの6インチ太陽電池、及び
5インチ又は6インチ太陽電池の1/8、1/6、1/4、1/3、又は1/2
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載のソーラーモジュール。
