Claims (22)
- 個体においてがんを治療する若しくはその進行を遅延させる、又はがんを有する個体において免疫機能を増強させるための医薬であって、有効量のヒトPDL1結合アンタゴニスト及びOX40結合アゴニストを含み、PDL1結合アンタゴニストが抗PDL1抗体である、医薬。
- 抗PDL1抗体が、PD−1へのPDL1の結合を阻害する、B7−1へのPDL1の結合を阻害する、又はPD−1及びB7−1の両方へのPDL1の結合を阻害する、請求項1に記載の医薬。
- 抗PDL1抗体がモノクローナル抗体であり、場合によってヒト化抗体又はヒト抗体である、請求項1又は2に記載の医薬。
- 抗PDL1抗体が、Fab、Fab’−SH、Fv、scFv及び(Fab’)2断片からなる群から選択される抗体断片である、請求項1又は2に記載の医薬。
- PDL1結合アンタゴニストが、MPDL3280A、MDX−1105及びMEDI4736からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 抗PDL1抗体が、GFTFSDSWIH(配列番号1)のHVR−H1配列、AWISPYGGSTYYADSVKG(配列番号2)のHVR−H2配列及びRHWPGGFDY(配列番号3)のHVR−H3配列を含む重鎖;並びにRASQDVSTAVA(配列番号4)のHVR−L1配列、SASFLYS(配列番号5)のHVR−L2配列及びQQYLYHPAT(配列番号6)のHVR−L3配列を含む軽鎖を含む、請求項1に記載の医薬。
- 抗PDL1抗体が、EVQLVESGGGLVQPGGSLRLSCAASGFTFSDSWIHWVRQAPGKGLEWVAWISPYGGSTYYADSVKGRFTISADTSKNTAYLQMNSLRAEDTAVYYCARRHWPGGFDYWGQGTLVTVSS(配列番号7)のアミノ酸配列を含む重鎖可変領域、及びDIQMTQSPSSLSASVGDRVTITCRASQDVSTAVAWYQQKPGKAPKLLIY SASF LYSGVPSRFSGSGSGTDFTLTISSLQPEDFATYYCQQYLYHPATFGQGTKVEIKR(配列番号9)のアミノ酸配列を含む軽鎖可変領域を含む、請求項1に記載の医薬。
- 抗PDL1抗体が、EU番号付けによる位置297にAsnからAlaへの置換を有するヒトIgG1である、請求項1−7のいずれか一項に記載の医薬。
- OX40アゴニスト抗体がヒトOX40と結合する全長ヒトIgG1抗体である、請求項1−8のいずれか一項に記載の医薬。
- がんが、乳がん、肺がん、卵巣がん、胃がん、膀胱がん、膵臓がん、子宮内膜がん、結腸がん、腎臓がん、食道がん、前立腺がん、結腸直腸がん、膠芽細胞腫、神経芽細胞腫又は肝細胞性癌腫であり、治療が、場合によって、治療の休止後に、個体において持続性の応答をもたらす、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の医薬。
- OX40結合アゴニストが、PDL1結合アンタゴニストの前に、PDL1結合アンタゴニストと同時に、又はPDL1結合アンタゴニストの後に投与される、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の医薬。
- 個体中のCD8 T細胞が、PDL1結合アンタゴニスト及びOX40結合アゴニストの投与の前と比較して増強されたプライミング、活性化、増殖及び/又は細胞溶解活性を有し、
CD8 T細胞の数が、組合せの投与の前と比較して上昇し、CD8 T細胞が場合によって抗原特異的CD8 T細胞であるか、
Treg機能が、組合せの投与の前と比較して抑制されるか、又は
T細胞消耗が、組合せの投与の前と比較して減少する、
請求項1に記載の医薬。 - PDL1結合アンタゴニスト及び/又はOX40結合アゴニストが、静脈内、筋肉内、皮下、局所、経口、経皮、腹腔内、眼窩内、移植により、吸入により、髄腔内、脳室内又は鼻腔内投与される、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の医薬。
- がんを治療する又はその進行を遅延させるための化学療法剤がさらに投与される、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の医薬。
- 個体においてがんを治療する又はその進行を遅延させるための医薬の製造におけるヒトPD−1軸結合アンタゴニストの使用であって、医薬は、ヒトPDL1結合アンタゴニスト及び任意選択的な薬学的に許容される担体を含み、治療は、OX40結合アゴニスト及び任意選択的な薬学的に許容される担体を含む組成物との組み合わせでの医薬の投与を含み、PDL1結合アンタゴニストが抗PDL1抗体であり、個体がヒトである、使用。
- 個体においてがんを治療する又はその進行を遅延させるための医薬の製造におけるOX40結合アゴニストの使用であって、医薬は、OX40結合アゴニスト及び任意選択的な薬学的に許容される担体を含み、治療は、ヒトPDL1結合アンタゴニスト及び任意選択的な薬学的に許容される担体を含む組成物との組み合わせでの医薬の投与を含み、PDL1結合アンタゴニストが抗PDL1抗体であり、個体がヒトである、使用。
