Claims (40)
- 第1の表面をもつ第1長尺部材と、
前記第1の表面と隔離している第2の表面を有し、貫通孔を少なくとも1個もつ前記第2長尺部材と、
前記第1の表面および第2の表面の間に設置され、乾燥剤を含む充填材を少なくとも1つ有することを特徴とするスペーサ。 - 前記第1長尺部材および前記第2長尺部材が波形形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記第1長尺部材が第1の波形形状をもち、前記第2長尺部材が第2の波形形状をもち、前記第1の波形形状が前記第2の波形形状と異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記波形形状が、規則的および繰り返しの形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記波形形状が、約0.005インチから約0.1インチの範囲にあるピーク−ピーク周期を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記波形形状が、約0.005インチから約0.1インチの範囲にあるピーク−ピーク振幅を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスペーサ。

前記第1長尺部材および前記第2長尺部材にある前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間に少なくとも第1の充填材材料を挿入する工程を有し、前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面はその間に前記充填材材料を有し、および前記充填材材料の少なくとも一部分は前記材料シートの前記第3の表面に当接することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1長尺部材および前記第2長尺部材にある前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面の間に、第2の充填材材料を挿入する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の方法。

識別した全ての前記スプールの少なくとも1つからスペーサ材料を取り出す工程と、
材料シートの表面上に前記スペーサ材料を設置する工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スペーサ材料が少なくとも2枚の長尺部材を有することを特徴とする、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 長尺部材と長尺部材の間に、前記長尺部材が前記充填材材料を誘導することを特徴とし、前記長尺部材と前記長尺部材に挟まれた前記材料シートの表面の上に少なくとも1つの充填材料を挿入する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項35に記載の方法。
