Claims (5)
- ナノ多孔質担体媒体の上に0.5nm〜50nmの範囲のサイズを有する触媒的に活性な金クラスターを物理的に蒸着させることを含む、不均一触媒系を製造する方法。
- (a)ナノ多孔質、触媒担体媒体の上に水溶性の塩を含浸させる工程、
(b)前記含浸させた担体媒体を、約200℃より高い温度で加熱処理する工程、および
(c)前記加熱処理した担体媒体の上に0.5nm〜50nmの範囲のサイズを有する触媒的に活性な金クラスターを物理的に蒸着させる工程、
を含む、触媒系を製造する方法。 - (a)複数の比較的細かい粒子と、複数の比較的粗い粒子とを複数のナノ多孔質複合粒子の中に組み入れる工程、および
(b)前記複合粒子の上に0.5nm〜50nmの範囲のサイズを有する触媒的に活性な金クラスターを物理的に蒸着させる工程、
を含む、不均一触媒系を製造する方法。 - 不均一触媒系であって、複数の、複合的で触媒的に活性な粒子を含み、ここで、前記複合的で触媒的に活性な粒子が、比較的細かい粒子と、比較的粗い粒子とを含む成分から誘導され、そして、ここで、前記複合粒子が、比較的細かい粒子の上に、物理的蒸着を使用して堆積させた触媒的に活性な金を含む、不均一触媒系。
- 請求項4に記載の不均一触媒系を含む、呼吸保護システム。
