Claims (19)

1. Postupak formiranja trodimenzionalnog objekta, koji postupak obuhvaća: osiguravanje nosača i optički transparentnog elementa koji ima površinu za oblikovanje, koji navedeni nosač i navedena površina za oblikovanje u prostoru između njih definiranju područje za oblikovanje; punjenje navedenog područja s polimerizirajućom tekućinom; ozračivanje navedenog područja za oblikovanja kroz navedeni optički transparentan element čime se dobije kruti polimerizrani oblik iz navedene polimerizirajuće tekućine, dok istovremeno odmicanje navedenog nosača udaljen od navedene površine za oblikovanje kako bi se oblikovao navedeni trodimenzionalni objekt iz navedenog krutog polimera, dok se također istodobno: i. kontinuirano održava mrtva zona polimerizirajuće tekućine u dodiru s navedenom površinom za oblikovanje, i ii. kontinuirano održava gradijent zone polimerizacije između navedene mrtve zone i navedenog krutog polimera dodiru sa svakim od navedenih, a navedeni gradijent zone polimerizacije sadrži navedenu polimerizirajuću tekućinu u djelomično suhom obliku. gdje navedeni optički transparentni element sadrži polupropusni element, i navedeni element koji kontinuirano održava mrtvu zonu se izvodi dovođenjem inhibitora polimerizacije kroz navedeni optički transparentni element, čime se stvara gradijent inhibitora u navedenoj mrtvoj zoni i po izboru u barem jednom dijelu navedenog gradijenta zone polimerizacije.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se korak ozračivanja provodi s dvodimenzionalnim uzorkom zračenja projiciranim u navedeno područje oblikovanja, gdje spomenuti uzorak varira tijekom vremena, dok se istodobno nastavlja korak odmicanja kroz vrijeme koje je dovoljno da se oblikuje navedeni trodimenzionalni objekt.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da se gradijent zone polimerizacije održava za vrijeme od najmanje 5 sekundi.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, dalje obuhvaća korak narušavanja navedenog gradijenta zone polimerizacije za vrijeme koje je dovoljno da nastane linija cijepanja u navedenom trodimenzionalnom objektu.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, dalje obuhvaća korak grijanja spomenute polimerizirajuće tekućine kako bi se smanjila viskoznosti iste u navedenom području oblikovanja.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da navedeni nosač ima najmanje jedan kanal formiran u njemu i navedeni korak punjenja se provodi propuštanjem ili prisiljavanjem navedene polimerizirajuće tekućine u navedeno područje oblikovanja kroz najmanje jedan navedeni kanal.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da navedeni nosač na sebi ima topivi potrošni sloj, i navedeni trodimenzionalni objekt se oblikuje na navedenom topivom potrošnom sloju.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da: ukupna površina područja za oblikovanje zauzima najmanje sedamdeset posto od ukupne površine područja od površine oblikovanja; i / ili gdje bočno kretanje nosača i objekta u bilo kojem smjeru nije više od trideset posto širine navedenog područja oblikovanja u odgovarajućem smjeru.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je površina oblikovanja u biti fiksna ili miruje.
10. Uređaj za formiranje trodimenzionalnog objekta od polimerizirajuće tekućine, koji uređaj sadrži: a) oslonac; b) nosač operativno povezan s navedenim osloncem na kojem nosaču je oblikovan navedeni trodimenzionalni objekt; c) optički transparentni element koji ima površinu za oblikovanje, koja navedena površina za oblikovanje i navedeni nosač u prostoru između njih definiranju područje za oblikovanje; d) dovod tekućeg polimera operativno povezanog s navedenom površinom za oblikovanje koji je podešen da dovodi tekući polimer u navedeno područje oblikovanja za skrućivanje polimerizacijom; e) izvor zračenja konfiguriran za ozračivanja navedenog područja oblikovanja kroz navedeni optički transparentan element za formiranje čvrstog polimera iz navedene polimerizirajuće tekućine; f) upravljač operativno povezan s navedenim nosačem i navedenim izvorom zračenja za odmicanje navedenog nosača od navedene površine za oblikovanje navedenog trodimenzionalnog objekta od navedenog krutog polimera, dok se također istodobno: i. kontinuirano održava mrtva zona polimerizirajuće tekućine u dodiru s navedenom površinom za oblikovanje, i ii. kontinuirano održava gradijent zone polimerizacije između navedene mrtve zone i navedenog krutog polimera dodiru sa svakim od navedenih, a navedeni gradijent zone polimerizacije sadrži navedenu polimerizirajuću tekućinu u djelomično suhom obliku; gdje navedeni optički transparentni element sadrži polupropusni element konfiguriran da omogući provođenje navedene kontinuirane održavajuće mrtve zone pomoću dovođenja inhibitora polimerizacije kroz navedeni optički transparentni element, čime se stvara gradijent inhibitora u navedenoj mrtvoj zoni i opcionalno u barem dijelu navedenog gradijenta zone polimerizacije.
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da navedeni nosač ima najmanje jedan kanal u njemu oblikovan, konfiguriran za opskrbu navedene polimerizirajuće tekućine u navedeno područje za oblikovanje prijeko najmanje jednog navedenog kanala; opcionalno navedeni nosač ima u njemu mnoštvo formiranih kanala, konfiguriranih za opskrbu različitih polimerizirajućih tekućina kroz različite kanale od navedenih mnoštva kanala.
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, dalje obuhvaća najmanje jednu, ili više vanjskih dovodnih cijevi odvojenih od navedenog objekta, a svaka od navedenih od najmanje jedne dovodne cijevi je u fluidnoj vezi s kanalom u navedenom nosaču, koji je podešen za dovođenje najmanje jedne, ili veći broj različitih polimerizirajućih tekućina od navedenog nosača prema navedenoj zoni oblikovanja.
13. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time da je ploča za oblikovanje u biti fiksna ili miruje.
14. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 13, naznačen time da izvor inhibitora polimerizacije je rezervoar inhibitora polimerizacije u polupropusnom elementu.
15. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 14, naznačen time da polupropusni element nadalje sadrži dovodnu površinu odvojenu od navedene površine za oblikovanje; gdje je opcionalno dovodna površina je u fluidnom kontaktu s inhibitorom polimerizacije, tako da se osigura spomenuti izvor inhibitora polimerizacije.
16. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 15, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži grijač operativno povezan sa navedenom pločom za oblikovanje i / ili navedenim dovodom tekućeg polimera gdje je navedeni grijač konfiguriran za zagrijavanje polimerizirajuće tekućine ili ju dovodi u navedeno područje oblikovanja; i / ili dalje sadrži hladnjak operativno povezan s navedenom pločom za oblikovanje i koji je konfiguriran da hladi polimerizirajuću tekućinu u navedenom području oblikovanja.
17. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 16, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži izvor pritiska koji je operativno spojen s navedenim dovodom tekućeg polimera.
18. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 17, naznačen time da navedeni nosač sadrži pogon, gdje su navedeni pogon i navedeni upravljač konfigurirani da pomiču navedeni nosač u jednom smjeru od navedene površine za oblikovanje.
19. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 18, naznačen time da navedeni nosač na sebi ima topivi potrošni sloj, gdje je navedeni trodimenzionalni objekt oblikovan na navedenom topivom potrošnom sloju.
