 本实用新型涉及一种模具改良结构,尤其是一种模具的改良结构。
背景技术
众所周知,传统的模具设计对于塑料制品的射出成型,几乎达到完美境界,但随着时代的进步,环保意识的增强,PLA材料使用越来越广泛,但PLA材料射出后不能马上冷却,必须维持高温加热,使其结晶率符合所需,然后再降温冷却后成型,才能取出产品,所以射料后没有经过高温持续维持一段时间,该PLA材料无法结晶,则其热变形温度受影响,因此运用传统的塑料模具成型效果不理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本实用新型提供了一种模具的改良结构,指一种专门用于聚乳酸制品的可变温模具改良,其主要由上模具与下模具及切换开关所组成,并采用高导热的材质,位于上、下模具内设有共用一组水路系统达到可升降温的装置,并将该升降温装置连接于切换开关,而能借由切换动作,改变模具升温或降温,达到可射出PLA材料的要求,显与传统模具不同,并具进步及实用功效。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种模具的改良结构,该模具由上模具与下模具,在上模具与下模具的合模面开设有成型面,在适当处设有水路系统,借由导管连接到切换开关,上模具与下模具合模后,其中水路一组并经由切换开关连接两个油温装置,而能切换控制不同油温装置进入模具内,可经由切换开关控制模具加热或冷却,达到变温的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是,一种模具的改良结构,指一种专门用于聚乳酸制品的可变温模具改良,其主要由上模具与下模具及切换开关所组成,并采用高导热的材质,位于上、下模具内设有共用水路系统,并将该升降温装置连接于切换开关,而能借由切换动作,改变模具升温或降温,达到可射出PLA材料的要求,显与传统模具不同,并具进步及实用功效。

具体实施方式
在图中,一种模具的改良结构1,该模具2由上模具3与下模具4,在上模具3与下模具4的合模面开设有成型面5和6,在适当处设有水路系统7和8,借由导管9连接到切换开关10,上模具3与下模具4合模后,其中水路11、12、13、14成一组并经由切换开关10连接两个油温装置15,而能切换控制不同油温装置进入模具2内,可经由切换开关3控制模具2加热或冷却,达到变温的目的。

1.一种模具的改良结构,包括模具,水路系统,切换开关,油温装置,其特征在于:模具由上模具与下模具,在上模具与下模具的合模面开设有成型面,水路系统并经由切换开关连接两个油温装置,而能切换控制不同油温装置进入模具内,可经由切换开关控制模具加热或冷却。
