Abstract
Un matériau élastique est obtenu présentant une élongation supérieure à 150 % telle que mesurée selon la norme ASTM D638–02a, une résilience supérieure à 12 % telle que mesurée selon la norme ASTM D2632–01 (réapprouvée en 2008), et une dureté Shore A d’au moins 10 telle que mesurée selon la norme ASTM D2240–15e1. Le matériau élastique est un produit de réaction durci par énergie d’une composition durcissable qui est un liquide à 25 °C.La composition durcissable comprend au moins a) un oligomère fonctionnalisé par (méth)acrylate à masse moléculaire relativement élevée n’ayant pas plus de deux groupes fonctionnels (méth)acrylate par molécule en moyenne ; b) au moins un monomère fonctionnalisé par mono(méth)acrylate ayant une masse moléculaire inférieure à 500 Daltons et un unique groupe fonctionnel (méth)acrylate par molécule ; et c) au moins un monomère fonctionnalisé par multi(méth)acrylate ayant une masse moléculaire inférieure à 1 000 Daltons et au moins deux groupes fonctionnels (méth)acrylate par molécule.
