Abstract
Un método para formar un objeto tridimensional, que se lleva a cabo al: proporcionar un portador y un miembro ópticamente transparente que tiene una superficie de construcción, el portador y la superficie de construcción definen una región de construcción entre las mismas, rellenar la región de construcción con un líquido polimerizable, irradiar de manera intermitente la región de construcción con la luz a través del miembro ópticamente transparente para formar un polímero sólido a partir del líquido polimerizable y hacer avanzar de manera continua o intermitente el portador legos de la superficie de construcción para formar el objeto tridimensional a partir del polímero sólido; en algunas modalidades, los pasos de llenado, irradiación, y/o avance se realizan también de manera simultánea: (i) mantiene continuamente una zona muerta de líquido polimerizable en contacto con la superficie de construcción, y (ii) mantiene continuamente un gradiente de zona de polimerización entre la zona muerta y el polímero sólido y en contacto con cada uno de los mismos, el gradiente de zona de polimerización comprende el líquido polimerizable en forma parcialmente curada.
