Claims (14)
- 三次元プリントエンジン、
流体供給源に接続された流体注入ポートを含む流体処理ステーション、
下方表面を画定する下方部分および前記下方表面に接続された第1の流体導管を有する取付具、
搬送機構、および
コントローラ、
を備え、
前記三次元プリントエンジンが、
下端において透明シートを有する光硬化樹脂を含むための容器;
前記透明シートを介して前記光硬化樹脂中にピクセル化された光を上方に伝送するための光エンジン;
移動機構、
を有し、
前記コントローラが、
(a)前記取付具の前記下方表面を前記透明シートと対向関係に位置づけ;
(b)前記光エンジンおよび前記移動機構を備える前記三次元プリントエンジンを作動し、前記取付具の下方表面上に製造対象の三次元物体を形成し、該製造対象の三次元物体は、内部空洞を画定する内表面および前記内部空洞を前記取付具の前記第1の流体導管に接続する入口ポートを有し;
(c)前記搬送機構を作動し、前記取付具を取り付けられた製造対象の三次元物体と共に前記流体処理ステーションに移動し;
(d)前記流体処理ステーションの前記流体注入ポートを、前記取付具の前記第1の流体導管に接続し;
(e)前記流体供給源を作動し、前記第1の流体導管および入口ポートを介して、前記流体注入ポートから、前記内部空洞に流体を注入する、
ように構成されていることを特徴とする、三次元プリントシステム。 - 前記注入された流体が、液体洗浄溶媒、乾燥のためのガス、構築材料、エッチャント、内表面をコーティングするためのコーティング剤を含む液体、および内表面を部分的に溶融させるための液体、の1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元プリントシステム。
- 製造対象の三次元物体が、前記内部空洞に接続された出口ポートを画定し、前記内部空洞に注入される流体と同時に前記内部空洞から流体が流出することを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元プリントシステム。
- 前記流体処理ステーションが、前記出口ポートを介して前記内部空洞から流出する前記流体を受け取るためのレセプタクルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の三次元プリントシステム。
- 前記取付具が、前記出口ポートに接続された第2の流体導管を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の三次元プリントシステム。
- 前記流体処理ステーションが、リンスステーションであり、前記注入された流体が、前記内部空洞から未硬化の光硬化樹脂を洗い流すための溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元プリントシステム。
- ガス加圧供給源に接続されたガス注入器を含む乾燥ステーションをさらに備え、
前記コントローラがさらに、
(f)前記搬送機構を作動し、前記取付具を前記リンスステーションから前記乾燥ステーションまで移動させ;
(g)前記ガス注入器を前記第1の流体導管に接続し;かつ
(h)前記ガス加圧供給源を作動し、前記内部空洞にガスを通過させて前記内部空洞から残留溶媒を除去する、
ように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の三次元プリントシステム。 - 光硬化樹脂を含む容器、光エンジン、移動機構、流体供給源に接続された注入ポートを有する流体処理ステーション、下方部分および前記下方表面に接続された第1の流体導管を有する取付具、および搬送機構を有する三次元プリントシステムをも強いて三次元物体を製造する方法であって、
(a)前記取付具の前記下方表面を前記樹脂内に位置づける工程;
(b)前記光エンジンおよび前記移動機構を作動する工程であって、前記取付具の下方表面上に製造対象の三次元物体を形成し、該製造対象の三次元物体は、内部空洞を画定する内表面および前記内部空洞を前記取付具の前記第1の流体導管に接続する入口ポートを有する、工程;
(c)前記搬送機構を作動し、前記取付具を取り付けられた製造対象の三次元物体と共に前記流体処理ステーションに移動する工程;
(d)前記流体処理ステーションの前記流体注入ポートを、前記取付具の前記第1の流体導管に接続する工程;
(e)前記流体供給源を作動し、前記第1の流体導管および入口ポートを介して、前記流体注入ポートから、前記内部空洞に流体を注入する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記注入された流体が、液体洗浄溶媒、乾燥のためのガス、構築材料、エッチャント、内表面をコーティングするためのコーティング剤を含む液体、および内表面を部分的に溶融させるための液体、の1つであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 製造対象の三次元物体が、前記内部空洞に接続された出口ポートを画定し、前記内部空洞に注入される流体と同時に前記内部空洞から流体が流出することを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記流体処理ステーションが、前記出口ポートを介して前記内部空洞から流出する前記流体を受け取るためのレセプタクルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記取付具が、前記出口ポートに接続された第2の流体導管を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記流体処理ステーションが、リンスステーションであり、前記注入された流体が、前記内部空洞から未硬化の光硬化樹脂を洗い流すための溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記搬送機構を作動し、前記取付具を、前記リンスステーションから、ガス加圧供給源に接続されたガス注入器を含む乾燥ステーションまで移動させる工程;
前記ガス注入器を前記第1の流体導管に接続する工程;および
前記ガス加圧供給源を作動し、前記内部空洞にガスを通過させて前記内部空洞から残留溶媒を除去する工程、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
