Claims (25)
- Procédé de mise en faisceau d'un assemblage (FB) de fibres finies d'étirage dans un système d'étirage à doubles lanières qui, à la suite de l'étirage, est rassemblé dans une zone de mise en faisceau des fibres et retordu en un fil, l'assemblage (FB) de fibres qui quitte le couple de cylindres de sortie du système d'étirage étant soumis dans la zone de mise en faisceau des fibres à un courant d'air dirigé transversalement à la direction de transport,
caractérisé en ce que(b1) l'assemblage (FB) de fibres finies passe, pendant le rassemblement sur une étendue sensiblement plane(b2) dans laquelle l'assemblage (FB) de fibres est soutenu d'un côté par un moyen de transport plan (6),(b3) le courant d'air d'aspiration agissant à peu près sur la largeur du rassemblement souhaité(b4) en passant à travers le moyen de transport (6)(b5) et agissant seul sur l'assemblage (FB) de fibres,(b6) de sorte que seules les fibres guidées d'un côté de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres sortant du couple de cylindres de sortie (3, 3') du système d'étirage se déplacent librement et sont rassemblées sans obstacles par le courant d'air dirigé transversalement à la direction de transport. - Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pendant le rassemblement de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres, le rapport des vitesses périphériques du couple (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie et du couple (5, 5') de cylindres délivreurs étant adapté à la frisure de la matière en fibres.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse du moyen (6) de transport est déterminé par le couple (5, 5') de cylindres délivreurs.
- Procédé suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le rassemblement de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres est modifié en faisant varier l'intensité du courant d'air d'aspiration.
- Procédé suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que pour fabriquer un filé à âme on introduit directement dans le couple (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie, un fil (E) sans fin qui ensemble avec l'assemblage (FB) de fibres passe dans la zone comprise entre la paire (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie et la paire (5, 5') de cylindres délivreurs et est ensuite filé en un fil.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières pour matériel de filature pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant une zone de mise en faisceau des fibres qui se raccorde à la paire de cylindres de sortie (3, 3') du champ principal d'étirage et fait suite à un couple de cylindres délivreurs (5, 5'), un dispositif pneumatique de condensation étant interposé entre le couple de cylindres de sortie (3, 3') et le couple de cylindres délivreurs (3, 3'),
caractérisé en ce que(c1) le dispositif pneumatique de condensation comporte une lanière perforée (6),(c2) qui constitue le moyen de transport comportant une surface de transport sensiblement plane pour l'assemblage (FB) de fibres finies d'étirage entre le couple de cylindres de sortie (3, 3') et le couple de cylindres délivreurs (5, 5')(c3) et soutient d'un côté l'assemblage (FB) de fibres finies d'étirage,(c4) la lanière perforée étant guidée autour d'un des cylindres délivreurs (5, 5') et s'étendant jusqu'au ras de l'avant du couple de cylindres de sortie (3, 3')(c5) et le dispositif de condensation comportant en outre un dispositif d'aspiration (62, 67),(c6) qui s'étend sur le côté détourné de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres de la lanière perforée constituant le moyen de transport entre la paire de cylindres de sortie (3, 3') et la paire de cylindres délivreurs (5, 5')(c7) et aspire de l'air à travers l'assemblage de fibres. - Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration est disposé au-dessus du moyen (6) de transport de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres dans la région des cylindres (5, 3) supérieurs et aspire de l'air dans l'espace se trouvant en dessous de l'assemblage (FB) de fibres.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusiers des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la lanière (6) comporte, disposée au milieu dans le sens de déplacement, des trous (61) traversant par lesquels passent le courant d'air d'aspiration.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusiers des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la dimension des trous (61) est en relation avec le titre du fil à filer de sorte que pour un titre de fil plus grossier il est prévu une perforation plus grossière que pour un titre de fil fin.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la lanière (6) est en matériau qui a une élasticité plus grande que le matériau utilisé pour les lanières du champ d'étirage.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la lanière (6) ne comporte pas d'insert tissé.
- Système d'étirage à doubles lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le niveau de la lanière (6) par rapport au couple (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie est réglable.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé par un appui (7) réglable en hauteur.
- système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'espace enfermé par la lanière (6) et compris entre le couple (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie et le couple (5, 5') de cylindres délivreurs est fermé latéralement et est raccordé à un dispositif donnant une dépression.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration comporte une cage (62) de lanière du type d'un boîtier qui empli l'espace enfermé par la lanière (6) et compris entre le couple (3, 3') de cylindres de sortie et le couple (5, 5') de cylindres délivreurs.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la cage (62) de lanière comporte dans la région de la perforation (61) de la lanière une gorge (66) dans laquelle débouche un conduit (67) d'aspiration.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration est fermé par rapport au cylindre (5) délivreur.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration est ouvert par rapport au pincement du couple (5, 5') de cylindres de sortie.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé au dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration un dispositif destiné à faire varier le courant d'air aspiré efficace dans le dispositif d'aspiration.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la cage (62) à lanière comporte une ouverture (70) de nettoyage qui est dirigé sur le côté intérieur de la lanière (6) et qui est raccordé à un conduit (67) d'aspiration.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (70) de nettoyage s'étend transversalement à la gorge (66) d'aspiration sur la largeur de la lanière (6).
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 21, caractérisé en ce que dans la région des cylindres (3', 5') inférieurs, s'étend un canal (69) d'aspiration disposé à poste fixe sur le bâti de la machine et auquel sont raccordés avec possibilité de les accoupler respectivement les dispositif (62, 67) d'aspiration mobiles sur les cylindres (3, 5) supérieurs.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 22, caractérisé en ce que la tension de la lanière est réglable de sorte que l'on peut obtenir un détachement de la lanière (6) du cylindre (5) délivreur dans la région de sortie.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que la cage (62) à lanière est fixée à un support (63) de manière réglable par rapport aux cylindres (5) délivreurs.
- Système d'étirage à double lanières suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 24, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (5) délivreur sur lequel est enroulé la lanière (6) comporte un espace (51) libre dans la région de la perforation (61) de la lanière.
