Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von homogenen oder schaumförmigen Organopolysiloxan-Elastomeren Organopolysiloxan-Elastomere konnten bekanntlich bis jetzt befriedigend nur durch organische Peroxyde gehärtet werden. Diese Härtung erfolgt nur bei Temperaturen über 100° C, da nur oberhalb dieser Temperatur die verwendeten Peroxyde zersetzt werden. Es entstehen Radikale, die die Vernetzung der Organopolysiloxanketten bewirken. Gleichzeitig entstehen aber als Zersetzungsprodukte der Peroxyde Gase, z. B. Kohlendioxyd, so daß eine drucklose Härtung dickerer Stücke nicht möglich wird, weil sich sonst Blasen bilden. Das blasenfreie Härten dickerer Teile aus Organopolysiloxanen erforderte bei der Peroxydhärtung unwirtschaftlich lange Härtungszeiten. Gleichzeitig ist es nicht möglich, dünne Streich-und Gießmassen, zu deren Herstellung verhältnismäßig niedermolekulare Organosiloxane nötig sind, herzustellen, da der Peroxydbedarf in diesem Falle so hoch ist (5 bis 20°/0), daß sich eine Blasenbildung auch bei dünnen Schichten nicht vermeiden last. Wegen des Radikalcharakters der Peroxydhärtung ist es ferner nicht möglich, organische Füllstoffe, wie Ruß, oder Alterungsschutzmittel der Masse zuzusetzen, weil diese Stoffe die beim Peroxydzerfall gebildeten Radikale abfangen und dadurch die Härtung verhindern.
- Man hat zwar bereits vorgeschlagen, aus polymeren Diorganosiloxanen, die Schwefelsäure-bzw. Phosphorsäure-Endgruppen aufweisen, Elastomere herzustellen, wobei die Härtung in der Kälte erfolgt. Da aber diese Endgruppen bei Einwirkung von Feuchtigkeit Säure abspalten, welche die Siloxanketten depolymerisiert, ist die Stabilität und die Hitzebeständigkeit der Elastomeren außerordentlich schlecht. Außerdem treten bei der Verarbeitung der Elastomeren infolge der frei werdenden Säure auch erhebliche Korrosionserscheinungen auf.
- Wegen ihrer mangelnden Stabilität müßten die Elastomeren jeweils frisch verarbeitet werden und kommen daher für eine technische Anwendung nicht in Frage.
- Es wurde nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Organopolysiloxan-Elastomeren gefunden, das ermöglicht, die obengenannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und folgendes zu erreichen : 1. die Härtung bei Raumtemperatur bzw. unter 100° C durchzuführen, 2. blasenfreie Härtungsprodukte auch bei dicken Schichten und ohne Anwendung von Druck zu erhalten, 3. die blasenfreie Härtung sehr niederviskoser kalt-oder warmhärtbarer Streich-und Gießmassen aus niedermolekularen Dialkylpolysiloxanen, 4. der Masse organische Füllstoffe, wie Kork, Ruß und Alterungsschutzmittel zuzufügen.
- Das Wesentliche der neuen Erfindung ist die Tatsache, daß ein lineares, endständig reaktionsfähige Gruppen tragendes Organopolysiloxan erst nach Zuschlag der Füll-und Hilfsstoffe in situ mit dem Vernetzungsmittel zur Reaktion gebracht wird. Nur so ist es möglich, die Vernetzung so mild durchzuführen, daß Elastomere und keine krümeligen Gele entstehen.
- Das neue Verfahren besteht darin, daß man im wesentlichen endständig reaktionsfähige Gruppen tragende lineare, nicht harzartige Organosiloxane der allgemeinen Formel XO-Si (R) 2- [O-SiR2] n-O-Si (R) 2-OX (R = Alkyl-oder Arylrest, wie Methyl-, Äthyl-, Phenyl-, oder auch ein halogenierter Rest, wie der Trifluormethylphenylrest (C6H4CF3), X = R oder Wasserstoffatom, n = mindestens 50) mit einer mehr als zwei reaktionsfähige Gruppen im Molekül aufweisenden organischen Siliciumverbindung als Vernetzungsmittel in Gegenwart eines Kondensationskatalysators vernetzt. Die Verwendung von ungesättigten Kieselsäureestem als Vernetzungsmittel in Verbindung mit Aminen als Katalysatoren ist jedoch ausgeschlossen.
- Als Vernetzungsmittel dient entweder eine Organosiliciumverbindung der allgemeinen Formel RSiX, (R = Alkyl-oder Arylrest, X = reaktionsfähige, kondensationsfähige Gruppe Oxy-, Alkoxy-, Aroxy-oder Aminogruppe-, m = 0 bis unterhalb 2) oder ein Organopolysiloxan mit mehr als zwei kondensationsfähigen Gruppen obiger Art. Letzteres kann aus Verbindungen der folgenden Gruppen aufgebaut sein : a) Di-, Tri-, Tetra-oder Polysiloxanen, b) Organopolysiloxanharzen, die pro Einheit mehr als 2, vorzugsweise mehr als 2,5 funktionelle Substituenten aufweisen, c) Organopolysiloxane, welche Wasserstoff am Silicium tragen, der Formel RmHSiO3 m (m = mehr als 0 und weniger als 2).
- Die erfindungsgemaß durchgeführte Vernetzung verläuft mit einem trifunktionellen Vernetzungsmittel nach folgendem Schema : Das zu vemetzende Organopolysiloxan besteht überwiegend aus difunktionellen Einheiten, es können jedoch geringere Mengen monofunktionelle Komponenten enthalten sein. Die monofunktionellen Einheiten müssen jedoch in so geringer Menge enthalten sein, daß noch reaktionsfähige Hydroxyl-oder Alkoxylgruppen vorhanden sind. Es können nur dann größere Mengen monofunktioneller Einheiten vorhanden sein, wenn diese durch entsprechende Mengen difunktioneller Einheiten kompensiert sind. Der Gesamtsubstitutionsgrad muß auf jeden Fall annähernd 2 sein, d. h. innerhalb der Grenzen 1,9 bis 2,1 liegen.
- Die als Vernetzungsmittel anwendbaren Organosiliciumverbindungen sollen als reaktionsfähige Gruppen vorzugsweise Alkoxygruppen aufweisen, da andere Gruppen langsamer reagieren als Alkoxygruppen, so daß bei Anwendung derartig substituierter Organosiliciumverbindungen zur Erzielung einer schnellen Vernetzung entsprechend mehr Vernetzungsmittel eingesetzt werden muß. Als Vernetzungsmittel sind von Silanen in erster Linie Verbindungen der Formel RmSi (OR') 4-m (R = Alkylrest), Orthokieselsäurealkylester, Methyltriäthoxysilan und Phenyltributoxysilan, ferner Organopolysiloxane, wie Dimethyltetraäthoxydisiloxan und Dimethyldiphenylhexaäthoxytetrasiloxan, geeignet.
- Die als Vernetzungsmittel in Betracht kommenden Organopolysiloxanharze sind vor allem Harze, die sowohl Monomethyl-als auch Dimethyl-oder Monophenyleinheiten aufweisen, in allen Fällen vorzugsweise solche, die als reaktionsfähige Gruppen Athoxygruppen tragen.
- Anwendbar sind auch Äthylsiloxanharze mit einem R : Si-Verhältnis von 1,4 : 1 und 15 °/o Butoxygruppen oder mit einem R : Si-Verhältnis von 1,1 : 1 und 10°/o Methoxygruppen sowie Methylphenylsiloxanharze mit 50°l0 Monomethyl-und je 25°/o Dimethyl-und Monophenyleinheiten.
- Mit noch besserem Erfolg als mit den vorgenannten Verbindungen und mit den früher vorgeschlagenen Vernetzungsmitteln verwendet man erfindungsgemäß Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragende Polysiloxane der allgemeinen Formel (R = ein in Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragenden Organopolysiloxanen üblicher Kohlenwasserstoffrest, wie Methyl-oder Phenylrest, X = O H, OR, O Si, R3). Betrachtet man in diesen Organopolysiloxanen den Wasserstoff als reaktionsfähige » Gruppe~, so handelt es sich hier ebenfalls um mehr als zwei reaktionsfähige Gruppen aufweisende Organopolysiloxane. Dies ergibt sich aus der Tatsache, daß bei der Vernetzung Wasserstoff entwickelt wird.
- Zum Beispiel wäre das Reaktionsprodukt eines Wasserstoff im Siliciumatom tragenden Methylpolysiloxans nach vollkommener Abspaltung des Wasserstoffs ein Methylpolysiloxanharz mit einem R : Si-Verhältnis von 1 : 1.
- Die Anwendung solcher Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragenden Organopolysiloxane bietet gegenüber dem geschilderten Stand der Technik noch weitere Vorteile : a) Die Vernetzung verläuft schneller. b) Die vernetzten Produkte zeigen eine bessere Kerbzähigkeit und haften außerdem besser auf Glas, Metall und auf normalen Organopolysiloxanelastomeren und können daher als Kaltkleber für Organopolysiloxanelastomere verwendet werden. c) Bei der Verwendung von Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragenden Methylpolysiloxanen als Vernetzungsmittel entwickelt sich Wasserstoff, welcher bei Wahl geeigneter Bedingungen während des Vernetzungsprozesses gestattet, gleichzeitig ein Aufschäumen durchzuführen, wobei man nach diesem verhältnismäßig einfachen Verfahren schaum-, schwamm-oder zellförmige Organopolysiloxanelastomere erhält. d) Im Gegensatz zur Härtung von Organopolysiloxanen unter Verwendung von Peroxyden gelingt es, unter erfindungsgemäßer Anwendung von Wasserstoff am Si-Atom tragenden Methylpolysiloxanen als Vernetzungsmittel, auch bei Gegenwart von Wasser zu vernetzen und dabei einen Latex des Organopolysiloxanelastomeren zu erhalten.
- Die oben bezeichneten Vernetzungsmittel werden vorzugsweise in Mengen von etwa 0,5 bis etwa 10 °/0, bezogen auf das Gewicht der difunktionellen Siloxankomponente, angewendet. Eine größere Menge ist für die Vernetzung wirkungslos, da die difunktionelle Hauptkomponente ja nur eine beschränkte Anzahl reaktionsfähiger Hydroxyl-bzw. Alkoxylgruppen enthält, und zwar um so weniger, je höhermolekular es ist. Es kann also nur eine beschränkte Menge des Vernetzungsmittels wirksam werden.
- Ein Überschuß an Vernetzungsmittel hätte deshalb nur den Charakter eines Füllstoffes, der das Produkt härter und weniger elastisch macht, bzw. würde verdampfen, wenn es sich um eine flüchtige Verbindung handelt. Man erhält dann schließlich harzartige Preßmassen.
- Für die erfindungsgemäß durchzuführende Vernetzung sind die für die Härtung von Organopolysiloxanharzen an sich bekannten Katalysatoren anwendbar, z. B.
- Metallseifen, wie Zinnrizinoleat und Cobaltnaphthenat, Metallchelate, wie Chromacetylacetonat, Metallsalze von Thiolen und Dithiocarbaminsäuren, wie das Bleisalz von Mercaptobenzothiazol und Zinkathylphenyldithiocarbaminat, Metalloxyde, wie Quecksilber-, Cadmium-und Bleioxyd (PbO), Organometallverbindungen, wie Phenylquecksilberacetat und Dibutylzinndilaurat, organische Basen, wie Triäthanolamin, Polyäthylenimin, basische Füllstoffe, wie Krokydolithasbest, saure Katalysatoren, z. B. Borsäure, insbesondere organische Säuren, wie Olsäure.
- Besondere Vorzüge haben die organischen Säuren und Basen. Metallsalze einfacher Carbonsäuren haben dagegen in vielen Fällen den Nachteil, daß sie entweder zu langsam wirken (z. B. Zink-2-äthylhexoat), physiologisch nicht einwandfrei sind (z. B. Bleioctoat), die Hitzebeständigkeit der Endprodukte verschlechtern (z. B. Bleioctoat) oder die Masse verfärben (z. B. Eisen-und Cobalt-2-äthylhexoat).
- Die Kondensationsbeschleuniger werden vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 und 5°/0, bezogen auf das Gewicht der difunktionellen Organopolysiloxankomponente, zugesetzt ; je höher der Gehalt an Kondensationsbeschleuniger ist, desto schneller tritt selbstredend die Vernetzung ein.
- Die Mischungen aus difunktioneller Verbindung, Vernetzungsmittel und Kondensationsbeschleuniger können selbstverständlich die in der Silikonelastomerentechnik üblichen Füllstoffe und Zusatzstoffe zur Verbesserung der mechanischen Eigenschaften und des Widerstandes gegen bleibende Verformung sowie gleichzeitig Stabilisierungsmittel und organische Füllstoffe enthalten.
- Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Elastomeren können als Dichtungs-, Imprägnier-und Vergußmassen sowie zur Herstellung von Form-und Spritzartikeln verwendet werden. Sie können warmhärtend und kalthärtend angewandt werden. Besonders im letzteren Fall finden sie auch Anwendung zur Imprägnierung von organischem Material, wie Papier und Textilien. Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten und in Form streich-und gießbarer Massen gebrachten Elastomeren eignen sich besonders gut zum Umgießen und Einbetten von elektrischen Wicklungen, zur Herstellung von Schichtstoffen, Isolierbändern und anderem elektrischem Isoliermaterial. Diese Massen können auch gut zur Herstellung von Gießformen für die Verformung von Epoxy- (Äthoxylin-) und Polyesterharzen verwendet werden.
- Nach einem unveröffentlichten Vorschlag wird ein kaltvernetztes, vorzugsweise aus Diorganopolysiloxanen bestehendes Organopolysiloxanelastomeres unter Zusatz von Alkylpolysilikat als Vernetzungsmittel und bestimmten organischen Metallsalzen als Katalysator gewonnen.
- Demgegenüber wurde gefunden, daß die vorgenannten siliciumorganischen Verbindungen mit mehr als zwei kondensationsfähigen Gruppen pro Molekül sich ganz allgemein als Vernetzungsmittel für Organopolysiloxane hervorragend eignen und zudem in mehrfacher Hinsicht bessere Wirkungen zeigen als Alkylpolysilikate.
- Bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vernetzungsmittel verläuft die Vernetzung in der Kälte langsamer als bei der Verwendung von Polyalkylsilikaten und dauert im allgemeinen etwa fünfmal länger als bei Verwendung von Polyalkylsilikaten. Dies ist ein entscheidender Vorteil, weil dadurch die » Topfzeit"d. h. der Verarbeitungsspielraum der katalysierten Massen, wesentlich größer wird. Bei Polyäthylsilikaten kann man mit einer » Topfzeitc nach Katalysatorzusatz von nur 1 Stunde rechnen, während bei den Verbindungen der Formel RSi (OX) 3 ohne weiteres eine » Topfzeit « von 5 bis 10 Stunden eingestellt werden kann.
- Diese verlängerte » Topfzeit. gilt natürlich nicht für die Alkylwasserstoffpolysiloxane, bei denen jedoch der Fortschritt darin zu erblicken ist, daß auch im wäßrigen System vernetzt, ferner im Bedarfsfall gleichzeitig aufgeschäumt werden kann und daß Verklebungen getätigt werden können. Ferner ist die Schrumpfung bei der Vernetzung unter Verwendeung von Polyäthylsilikaten etwa um 0,5 °/O größer als bei Verbindungen der Formel RSi (O X) 3 ; sie beträgt 2 °/o gegenüber 1, 5 °/0 bei letzteren.
- Zudem ist die Reaktionsfähigkeit der Polyalkylsilikate so groß, daß die Massen auch ohne einen zusätzlichen Reaktionsbeschleuniger langsam härten, d. h., die Lagerfähigkeit von Massen, die Polyalkylsilikat enthalten, ist bedeutend schlechter als die der Massen, welche Verbindungen des Typs RSi (OX) 3 enthalten ; letztere sind mindestens 6 Monate gegenüber 1 bis 2 Monaten bei den ersteren lagerfähig. Außerdem zeigen dicke Schichten der Elastomeren, die durch Vernetzung mit Verbindungen der Formel RSi (OX) 3 erhalten wurden, eine geringere Blasenbildung beim schnellen Erhitzen als Elastomere, die mit Polyalkylsilikat vernetzt wurden. Weiterhin sind Massen, die unter Verwendung von Polyalkylsilikat als Vernetzungsmittel hergestellt wurden, wesentlich feuchtigkeitsempfindlicher als solche, die unter Verwendung von Verbindungen der Klasse RSi (OX) 3 als Vernetzungsmittel erhalten wurden, weil die Polyalkylsilikate wesentlich leichter hydrolysieren. Man ist daher gezwungen, bei der Verwendung von Polyalkylsilikat sehr gut getrocknete Füllstoffe zu verwenden, weil sonst die Härtung nach kurzer Lagerung infolge hydrolytischer Zerstörung des Polyäthylsilikats bereits ungenügend verläuft.
- Beispiel 1 100 g eines Dimethylpolysiloxans vom Molekulargewicht 500000 werden mit 70 g kalzinierter Diatomeenerde, 10 Teilen eines 5°/0 Äthoxygruppen enthaltenden Methylpolysiloxanharzes, das sich aus (CH3) 2SiO2/2-und (CH3) SiO3/2-sowie einigen (CH3) C2 Hs O SiO2/2-Einheiten aufbaut, und 1,5 Teilen Dibutylzinndilaurat auf dem Walzwerk vermischt und die Masse bei Raumtemperatur sowie bei 50,100,150 und 200° C vernetzt. Die folgende Tabelle zeigt die Eigenschaften der erhaltenen Elastomeren :

- Beispiel 4 Die Mischung nach Beispiell wurde-statt mit 1,5 Teilen Dibutylzinndilaurat-mit 3 Teilen der in der folgenden Tabelle genannten Kondensationskatalysatoren versetzt und nach ltägiger Vernetzung bei Raumtemperatur die mechanischen Eigenschaften gemessen.
Katalvsator Zugfestigkeit Bruchdehnung kg/cm o Eisenacetylacetonat........ 10 200 Zinkäthylphenyldithio- carbaminat 15 250 Phenylquecksilberacetat.... 25 320 Triäthanolamin 42 410 Borsäure 7 110 - Beispiel 7 100 g eines Dimethylpolysiloxans vom Molekulargewicht 500 000 werden auf einem Mischwalzwerk mit 100 g einer kalzinierten Diatomeenerde und 2 g Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragendem Methylpolysiloxan (Viskosität 150 cSt) vermengt. Aus dieser Mischung spritzt man auf der Spritzmaschine eine Rundschnur von 5 mm Durchmesser und taucht diese Rundschnur anschließend in ein Bad von Dibutylzinndilaurat als Vernetzungskatalysator. Nach 10 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur erhalt man so eine Rundschnur aus einem Elastomeren, welche die Zugfestigkeit von 50 kg/cm2 und eine Bruchdehnung von 350 0/, aufweist.
- Beispiel 8 100 g eines Dimethylpolysiloxans der Viskosität von 20 000 cSt werden auf dem Mischwalzwerk mit 50 g Kieselkreide, 5 g Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragendem Methylpolysiloxan (Viskosität 100 cSt) und 5 g Zinnoctoat vermengt. Mit der so erhaltenen Masse bestreicht man ein Glasgewebe und läßt dieses dann 1 Stunde lang bei Zimmertemperatur liegen, worauf sich eine elastomere Schicht auf dem Glasgewebe bildet. Das Glasgewebe eignet sich hervorragend als elektrisches Isolierband.
- Beispiel 9 100 g eines Dimethylpolysiloxans der Viskosität von 1000 cSt werden mit 100 g Champagnerkreide, 5 g Wasserstoff am Siliciumatom tragendem Methylpolysiloxan und 5 g Dibutylzinndilaurat gemischt und das Gemisch in eine Form aus Metall gegossen, die mit einer Seifenlösung als Formtrennmittel eingestrichen war. Nach 2stündigem Stehen bei Zimmertemperatur kann der Form ein Block aus aufgeschäumtem Organopolysiloxan-Elastomerem entnommen werden.
- Beispiel 10 Die Mischung aus Beispiel3 wird unter Zusatz von 2°lo Triäthanolaminoleat mit Wasser emulgiert, so daß ein Latex von 60 °/o Festkörpergehalt entsteht. Pro 100 g dieser Mischung setzt man anschließend 3 g Wasserstoff am Silicium tragendes Methylpolysiloxan und 1 g Dibutylzinndimaleinat zu. Mit diesem Latex imprägniert man ein Baumwollgewebe und läßt die Masse während 5 Minuten bei 100° C vernetzen.
- Beispiel 11 Man mischt auf dem Mischwalzwerk in 50 g der Mischung des Beispiels 2 5 g Wasserstoff am Silicium tragendes Methylpolysiloxan (Mischung A) und in weitere 50 g der Mischung des Beispiels 25g Triäthanolamin (Mischung B). Mit der Mischung A bestreicht man eine Platte aus einem Organopolysiloxan-Elastomeren, mit der Mischung B eine zweite Platte aus einem Organopolysiloxan-Elastomeren. Nun bringt man die beiden bestrichenen Flächen aufeinander, wobei man durch leichtes Verschieben dafür sorgt, daß die Mischung A mit der Mischung B vermischt wird. Nach Istündiger Lagerung bei Zimmertemperatur entsteht eine feste Verbindung der beiden Platten miteinander. Sinngemäß kann dieses Verfahren auch auf die Verklebung von Platten aus Organopolysiloxan-Elastomeren mit Glas oder Metall angewandt werden.
Claims (12)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE : 1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von homogenen oder schaumförmigenOrganopolysiloxan-Elastomerenunter Formgebung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegebenenfalls Füll-, Farb-und Duftstoffe sowie Alterungsschutzmittel enthaltende, vorwiegend difunktionelle lineare Organopolysiloxane der allgemeinen Formel X-0-SiR2-0- [SiR2-0] n-SiR2-OX (R = Alkyl-bzw. Arylrest, X = Wasserstoffatom oder gleich R, n = mindestens 50) durch Zusatz von 0,1 bis etwa 25"/, bezogen auf das lineare Diorganopolysiloxan, an mehr als zwei kondensationsfähige funktionelle Gruppen im Molekül aufweisenden oder Wasserstoff im Silicium tragenden, von anorganischen Säureresten am Si-Atom freien, organischen Siliciumverbindungen als Vernetzungsmittel, mit Ausnahme von Alkylpolysilikaten, in Gegenwart eines in der Kälte wirkenden, für die Härtung von Organopolysiloxanharzen an sich bekannten Kondensationskatalysators vernetzt werden, wobei die Verwendung von ungesättigten Kieselsäureestern als Vernetzungsmittel in Verbindung mit Aminen als Katalysatoren ausgeschlossen ist.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vernetzungsmittel Silane der Formel RmSiX4-m (R = Alkyl-oder Arylrest, X = reaktionsfähige Gruppen und m = 0 bis etwa 1,5) verwendet werden.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vernetzungsmittel Orthokieselsäurealkylester verwendet werden.
- 4. Weitere Ausbildung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung der Orthokieselsäurealkylester als Vemetzungsmittel als Kondensationskatalysatoren Zinnverbindungen verwendet werden.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vernetzungsmittel Organopolysiloxanharze mit mehr als zwei reaktionsfähigen Substituenten oder Gruppen im Molekül verwendet werden.
- 6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehr als zwei Alkoxygruppen im Molekül aufweisende Organopolysiloxanharze als Vernetzungsmittel verwendet werden.
- 7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vernetzungsmittel am Siliciumatom Wasserstoff tragende Organopolysiloxane der Formel XSiH (R)-0- [SiH (R)-0-] -SiH (R)-X (R=Alkyl-oder Arylrest, X=-OH,-OR, OSi, R3) verwendet werden.
- 8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernetzungsmittel in Mengen von 0,5 bis 10 0/,, bezogen auf das Diorganopolysiloxan, verwendet wird.
- 9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kondensationskatalysator Metallsalze organischer Säuren, Metallchelate, Metalloxyde, Organometallverbindungen oder anorganische oder organische Säuren oder Basen verwendet werden.
- 10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 0,1 bis 5°/0 eines Kondensationskatalysators, bezogen auf das Gewicht des Diorganopolysiloxans, verwendet werden.
- 11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß organische Alterungsschutzmittel sowie Füll-, Farb-und Duftstoffe mitverwendet werden.
- 12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vernetzung bei Raumtemperatur oder Temperaturen unter 100° C und ohne Druckanwendung durchgeführt wird.In Betracht gezogene Druckschriften : Deutsche Patentschriften Nr. 888614, 916587 ; USA.-Patentschriften Nr. 2435147, 2442196 ; britische Patentschrift Nr. 779788 ; deutsche Patentanmeldung S 19 816 IVb/39b (bekanntgemacht am 15.5.1952) ; deutsche Auslegeschriften Nr. 1019 084,1019 462.In Betracht gezogene ältere Patente : Deutsche Patente Nr. 1003 441,1035 358.
