背景技术
传统的家用风扇典型地包括:一组叶片或者翼,安装用于绕轴线旋转;和驱动设备,用于使该组叶片旋转以产生气流。气流的运动和循环产生‘风冷力’或者微风,结果,由于热通过对流和蒸发被耗散,使用者体验到制冷效应。叶片通常布置在保持笼(cage)内,这允许气流流过壳体同时防止使用者在使用风扇时接触到旋转的叶片。

实用新型内容

在喷嘴的前端与轴线之间的径向距离还可以绕轴线变化。在喷嘴的前端与轴线之间的径向距离可以绕轴线而作为喷嘴的深度的函数变化,和/或作为轴线与柯恩达表面的扩散部之间的夹角的函数而变化。
嘴部优选地绕轴线连续,并且可以是大体上圆形形状。优选地,嘴部具有一个或多个出口,在喷嘴的在嘴部的出口处的相对面之间的间隔优选在从0.5mm至5mm之间的范围中。

具体实施方式
图1至图4是风扇组件10的外部视图。风扇组件10包括:包括空气入口14的主体12,主气流通过空气入口14进入风扇组件10;和喷嘴16,其是安装在主体12上的环状壳体的形式,并且该喷嘴16包括用于从风扇组件10射出主气流的嘴部18。
主体12包括在大体筒状下主体部22上安装的大体筒状的主体部20。主体部20和下主体部22优选地具有大体上相同的外径,使得上主体部20的外表面大体上与下主体部22的外表面平齐。在本实施方式中,主体12具有在从100mm至300mm范围内的高度,和从100mm至200mm范围内的直径。

最小值θMIN优选地在从-15°到15°的范围内,而最大值θMAX优选在从20°到35°的范围内。在本示例中,最小值θMIN约为10°,而最大值θMAX约为28°。在本示例中,角度θ在柯恩达表面72的上极点和下极点处或者附近为最小值θMIN。由于最大值的θMAX与最小值θMIN分开约90°的角度,角度θ在柯恩达表面72的侧极点处或者附近为最大值θMAX
内部通道88的在经过轴线X并与轴线X平行的平面中的横截面面积绕轴线X大体恒定,使得主气流以大体上恒定的速率绕轴线X射出。图6和图7示出了内部通道88在两个这样的平面P1和P2中的横截面轮廓,其中P1和P2在图4中示出。平面P1和P2大体上是垂直的。在平面P1中,角度θ为最小值θMIN,而在平面P2中,角度θ为最大值θMAX。考虑到角度θ绕轴线X的变化以及从喷嘴16射出的主气流所穿过的槽的圆形形状,内部通道88的横截面轮廓绕轴线X变化以保持内部通道88绕轴线X的恒定的横截面面积。
喷嘴16的一个或多个参数可以绕轴线X变化以保持内部通道88绕轴线X的恒定的横截面面积。如图3和图7中所示,喷嘴16沿轴线X的深度可以作为角度θ的函数变化。在平面P1中,其中角度θ为最小值θMIN,喷嘴16沿轴线X的深度为最大值DMAX,而在平面P2中,其中角度θ为最大值θMAX,喷嘴16的深度为最小值DMIN。因此,喷嘴16的深度也绕轴线X在两个最大值DMAX与两个最小值DMIN之间变化。同样,最大值DMAX绕轴线X分开约180°的角度,并且最小值DMIN类似地绕轴线X分开约180°的角度,其中最小值DMIN位于最大值DMAX之间的中间位置。喷嘴16的深度也绕轴线X连续变化。在本示例中,DMAX是DMIN的至少1.25倍大,并且更优选地是DMIN的至少1.5倍大。在本示例中,DMIN约为85mm,并且DMAX约为130mm。
在喷嘴16的前端86与轴线X之间的径向距离R可以绕轴线X变化。在本示例中,径向距离R作为角度θ的函数在角度θ为最小值时的最小值RMIN与角度θ为最大值时的最大值RMAX之间变化。
如在经过轴线X并且与轴线X平行的平面中所测量的,喷嘴16的径向厚度的最大值可以绕轴线X变化。在本示例中,最大径向厚度作为角度θ的函数在角度θ为最小值时的最小值TMIN与角度θ为最大值时的最大值TMAX之间变化。
为操作风扇组件10,使用者按压用户接口的按钮24。用户接口控制电路30将该动作通信至主控制电路34,主控制电路34响应于此而激活电机44以使叶轮40旋转。叶轮40的旋转致使主气流通过空气入口14被抽吸到主体12内。通过操作用户接口的拨盘28,使用者可以控制电机44的速度,因此控制空气通过空气入口14被抽吸到主体12内的速率。依赖于电机44的速度,叶轮40产生的主气流可以在10升/秒至30升/秒之间。主气流相继通过叶轮壳体52和在主体部20的敞开上端处的空气出口23,以进入喷嘴16的内部通道88。主气流在主体12的空气出口23处的压力可以至少为150Pa,并且优选地在250Pa至1.5kPa的范围内。
在喷嘴16的内部通道88内,主气流被分为绕喷嘴16的开口70在相反方向上传送的两股空气流。随着空气流经过内部通道88,空气通过嘴部18射出。从嘴部18射出的主气流被引导越过喷嘴16的柯恩达表面72,导致通过卷吸外部环境的空气而产生副气流。该副气流流过喷嘴16的中央开口70,在该处副气流与主气流组合以产生从喷嘴16向前射出的总的气流或者空气流。
通过前述的角度θ绕轴线X的变化,风扇组件10产生的气流的轮廓是非圆形的。该轮廓是大体椭圆,其中轮廓的高度小于轮廓的宽度。气流的轮廓的展平或者变宽能够使得风扇组件10特别地适于用作室内、办公室内或者其它环境中的台扇,以同时向风扇组件10附近的若干使用者给送冷气流。替代地,通过将θ的最大值(θMAX)定位在柯恩达表面72的上极点和下极点处或附近,气流的轮廓的高度可以大于轮廓的宽度。气流的轮廓的在竖向方向上的拉伸能够使得风扇组件特别适于用作立式塔扇或者落地扇。

Claims (6)

1.一种风扇组件,包括喷嘴和用于产生通过所述喷嘴的气流的装置,所述喷嘴包括内部通道、和用于从所述内部通道接收所述气流并用于将所述气流从所述喷嘴射出的至少一个空气出口,其特征在于,所述内部通道绕轴线延伸以限定一开口,其中所述风扇组件外部的空气被从所述至少一个空气出口射出的所述气流抽吸穿过该开口,以及其中,所述喷嘴具有径向厚度,该径向厚度在经过且包含所述轴线的平面中在最大值与最小值之间变化,以及其中所述喷嘴的所述径向厚度的所述最大值绕所述轴线变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的前端与所述轴线之间的径向距离绕所述轴线变化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述喷嘴具有n重旋转对称,其中n是等于或大于2的整数。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述喷嘴是不对称的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述喷嘴具有内环状周缘,以及其中所述喷嘴的所述内环状周缘包括与嘴部相邻设置的柯恩达表面,其中所述嘴部布置成引导从所述喷嘴射出的空气越过所述柯恩达表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述柯恩达表面包括远离所述轴线成锥形的扩散部。
