背景技术
建筑物设计与建造是世界上最后一个手工建筑产品(办公楼、商场、公寓等)的大型工业。设计建筑物的人(建筑师和工程师)通常与建造建筑物的人(承包商)因责任原因是分开的。建筑师不希望承担建筑物如何建造的责任,相反,承包商不希望承担建筑物如何绘制和设计的责任。而且,建筑物由具有特定贸易技能的人以线性顺序部署而建造,并且通常在元件范围以外建筑物由手工建造。因此,传统建造更多的是一个过程而不是一个产品,从而导致大量的浪费和低效率。
发明内容

下面将更详细地描述如图1至图9中所示的分户壁组件100的功能和特征。
分户壁组件可以在远离供其最终被安装的作业现场的位置处组装。组装过程可以从连接金属螺柱175、基板105、110以及悬挂元件200开始。如图5中所示,多个金属螺柱175可以沿着分户壁组件100的长度以不同的间隔隔开并且也安放在分户壁组件100的端部102处。
可以临时安装各种附加部件。此临时安装可提高安装过程的整体效率。确保了部件的尺寸适合于配合当前的分户壁组件100,从而节省了安装人员在工作现场测量和将物品切割到一定长度的时间。还确保将所需部件运输到作业现场,从而为安装人员节省了查找与组件相配的正确零件相关的时间。还防止潜在地混淆材料使得为组件切割或采购错误的部件,并防止在作业现场正确部件错放或可能由于用在不同的非正确组件中而可能被清除的可能性,这节省安装人员的与解决这些问题相关的时间。
在一些实施方式中,金属螺柱175具有消防管道孔140,并且消防管道141可以安装在消防管道孔140内。在一些实施方式中,导管265可临时安装到至少一个悬挂元件200的导管接合特征260中。在一些实施方式中,隔音件190可以临时安装在至少一个悬挂元件200的上方和下方。在一些实施方式中,风道450可以临时安装在至少一个悬挂元件200的上方或下方。在一些实施方式中,可以临时安装终饰板185,其中每个终饰板均接触悬挂元件200的第一外表面220以及终饰板保持特征230。在一些实施方式中,补偿轨道410可以临时安装在分户壁组件的顶部。
然后,预组装的分户壁组件100可以运输到将要安装它的作业现场。在永久安装分户壁组件100之前,可以去除终饰板185、导管265、绝缘体190、风道450以及补偿轨道410。这些部件的移除增加了分户壁组件100的安装的容易性,因为这些元件可能不会永久附接到分户壁组件100并且可能在获取和安装分户壁组件100期间移位并损坏或损坏其他物品。
在安装分户壁组件100之前,角支架305可以永久地附接到地板115。另外,补偿轨道410可以附接到顶棚120,或者它可以附接到金属条420,然后该金属条永久附接到顶棚120。角支架和补偿轨道的安装允许形成覆盖区,使得分户壁组件100可以在其间滑动。这消除了安装期间的错误,因为在安装壁之前正确建立了壁的覆盖区。在另选实施方式中,角支架305可以在壁安装在建筑物内之前连接到分户壁。
由借助多个金属螺柱175连接并附接悬挂元件200的两个基板105、110组成的分户壁组件100然后可以滑动就位,其中,分户壁组件100的底部边缘抵靠地板115滑动。当安装时,分户壁组件100的实施方式的正确对准和位置由预安装的角支架305和补偿轨道410确定。外表面145、165可以接触角支架305的内表面。然后,可以使用紧固件183将分户壁组件100永久地附接到角支架305。在分户壁组件100滑动就位之前安装角支架305的另选实施方式中,补偿轨道410在安装过程中提供分户壁组件100的对准。
在分户壁组件100的上部,内表面135、155可以接触至少一个向下延伸的凸缘411。分户壁组件100不永久连接到顶棚120,因为永久连接要考虑在地板或顶棚竖直移位时分户壁组件可能受损。分户壁组件100的实施方式考虑到分户壁随着地板115和顶棚120的膨胀和收缩而移位,使得分户壁组件100的顶部边缘永远不会与顶棚120接触。
一旦安装了分户墙组件100,消防管道141可以连接到建筑物的消防系统。然后,适当的电线可以添加到导管265,然后导管265可以连接到导管接合特征260。在另选实施方式中,可以在分户壁运输到作业现场之前将适当的电线添加到导管中。在任一实施方式中,线材然后可以连接到建筑物的电气系统。风道450可以连接到分户壁组件,然后连接到建筑物的通风系统。然后,隔音件190可以安装成抵接外表面145、165。一旦分户壁内部部件连接到分户壁组件100,终饰板185就可以连接到悬挂元件200。
除了通过在现场之外预装配部件所获得的效率之外,当前实施方式的使导管265安装在基板105、110的外部上的特征包括对现有技术的改进。如本领域中先前已知的,当导管安装在基板之间时,安装导管及相关设备的人员具有非常小的工作面积,并且有时设备的安装可能损坏基板使得基板之间创建的声学包封被破坏并且不能修补。如本文的实施方式中公开的,当导管265仅位于终饰板185后面时,可以用更少的时间完成并且可以更容易地实现涉及导管及其内容物的任何类型的维护,因为基板之间的间隙空间130不需要破坏基板105、110来完成维护。
在另选实施方式中,分户壁组件100可以具有多个竖直杆,这些竖直杆可以连接到多个悬挂元件200的竖直杆保持特征。多个竖直杆可以安放成使得杆的外部竖直表面接触终饰板185的竖直边缘185b和185c。多个竖直杆可以具有消费者附接特征,该消费者附接特征使消费者能够将物品(例如书架、图片等)可移除地附接到竖直杆而不损坏整个分户壁组件。这可以使用户(例如,单元的租户或占用者)能够定制他或她的单元而无需永久性损坏壁终饰或结构和/或使之变型。此功能可以允许租户有能力临时悬挂物品,有能力根据期望改变位置。
在另选实施方式中,分户壁组件100还可以以安装在基板105、110的外表面145、165之间的铝复合材料(ACM)板为特征。在示例性实施方式中,一个具有ACM板的具体化的分户壁组件100可以位于下部位置。ACM板具有内表面、顶部水平边缘、底部水平边缘以及外表面。在下部位置,ACM板的底部水平边缘位于最上面定位的多个悬挂元件200的U形通道225中。ACM板的外表面也可以接触U形通道225的内表面227。另选地,ACM板的内表面也可以接触U形通道225的内表面227。U形通道225的内部宽度226至少略大于ACM板的宽度。ACM板的顶部水平边缘与顶棚120之间存在间隙。在下部位置,ACM板的顶部水平边缘竖直地低于分户壁组件100的顶部边缘。在永久安装分户壁组件100之前,ACM板可处于该第一位置。
在分户壁组件100永久地连接到地板115之后,ACM板可以移动到上部位置中。在该上部位置,ACM板的顶部水平边缘与顶棚120齐平或几乎齐平,使得ACM板的底部水平边缘不再位于最上面定位的多个悬挂元件200的U形通道225中。处于该上部位置的ACM板可以借助紧固件183附接到补偿轨道410。可行的是,在该上部位置,ACM板的外表面仍然可以接触U形通道225的内表面227或者ACM板的内表面可以另选地接触U形通道225的内表面227。地板或顶棚的任何竖直移位都不会损坏ACM板,因为ACM板随顶棚移动并且ACM板的底部边缘与U形通道225之间应该有足够的间隙。

Claims (28)

1.一种预制的分户壁组件,该分户壁组件包括:
两个基板,每个基板均具有内表面与外表面,其中所述两个基板被构造成跨越在建筑物单元的地板和顶棚之间;
连接所述两个基板的所述内表面的多个金属螺柱,其中所述多个金属螺柱在所述两个基板之间限定空间;
位于所述两个基板之间的消防喷淋管道,其中所述多个金属螺柱中的至少一些具有容纳穿过所述分户壁组件的内部的所述消防喷淋管道的孔;
多个悬挂元件,这些悬挂元件能操作地附接到所述两个基板的所述外表面,其中所述多个悬挂元件构造成连接到多个能移除的终饰板;以及
在所述两个基板的外部的导管,其中所述导管至少部分地被接纳在所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件的导管接合特征中,其中,所述导管接合特征一体地形成在或连接至所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述至少一个悬挂元件包括细长构件,所述细长构件具有恒定的横截面并且沿着所述两个基板中的至少一者的基本整个长度水平地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述细长构件包括纤维增强塑料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述至少一个悬挂元件包括挤压铝构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,该分户壁组件还包括沿着所述分户壁组件的顶部用于连接所述分户壁组件的补偿轨道,其中所述补偿轨道能移动地联接到所述多个金属螺柱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的分户壁组件,该分户壁组件还包括条,所述条联接到所述补偿轨道并从所述补偿轨道的相对两侧向外延伸,其中所述条的长度大于所述多个悬挂元件的最外端部之间的距离。
7.根据权利要求5所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述补偿轨道包括具有槽的至少一个向下延伸的凸缘;并且
多个金属螺柱中的至少一者借助所述槽能滑动地连接到所述至少一个向下延伸的凸缘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的分户壁组件,该分户壁组件还包括:
具有底部表面的ACM板;并且
其中,所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一者还包括面向上的通道;
其中,在安装所述分户壁组件之前,所述ACM板的底部表面位于所述悬挂元件中的所述至少一者的所述面向上的通道中;
其中,在安装所述分户壁组件之后,所述ACM板附接到所述补偿轨道,并且所述底部表面不再位于所述多个悬挂元件中的所述至少一者的所述面向上的通道中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述导管接合特征包括由所述至少一个悬挂元件的外表面限定的U形通道。
10.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,其中,所述导管接合特征包括由所述至少一个悬挂元件的一个或多个内表面限定的腔。
11.根据权利要求1所述的分户壁组件,该分户壁组件还包括连接到所述多个悬挂元件的外表面的至少一个竖直杆,其中所述至少一个竖直杆构造成使所述多个能移除的终饰板竖向分离。
12.一种在建筑物中组装预制的分户壁的方法,该方法包括:
将分户壁组件安放在建筑物的结构框架的第一梁上,其中所述分户壁组件包括两个壁基板以及连接所述两个壁基板的内表面的金属螺柱,其中所述分户壁组件还包括具有内表面和外表面的多个悬挂元件,其中所述多个悬挂元件中的每一者的所述内表面连接到所述两个壁基板中的至少一者的外表面;
使用附接到所述分户壁组件的相对两侧的角支架将所述分户壁组件的下部附接到所述结构框架;
使用能移动地连接到所述金属螺柱的补偿轨道将所述分户壁的上部连接到上层地板和顶棚板;以及
将导管安装到所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件的导管接合特征中,其中所述导管接合特征一体地形成在或连接至所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,该方法还包括在将所述分户壁组件安放在所述第一梁上之前安装下层地板和顶棚板,其中安装所述下层地板和顶棚板包括使用角铁将所述下层地板和顶棚板连接到所述第一梁,并且其中将所述分户壁组件的下部附接到所述结构框架包括将所述分户壁的所述下部附接到所述分户壁的所述角铁。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,该方法还包括在将所述分户壁组件安放在第二梁下方之前安装下层地板和顶棚板,其中将所述分户壁的上部连接到上层地板和顶棚板包括将金属条附接到所述上层地板和顶棚板。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,该方法还包括将壁终饰板附接到所述多个悬挂元件中的一者或多者,使得在所述壁终饰板与所述两个壁基板中的至少一者的所述外表面之间限定腔。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,在将所述分户壁组件安放在所述第一梁上之前,所述导管穿过由多个所述悬挂元件中的至少一者限定的腔,并且其中所述腔用作或包括所述导管接合特征。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法,该方法还包括将具有消费者附接特征的竖直杆安装到所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一者。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,该方法还包括:
移除先前安装的竖直杆;
安装所述分户壁组件;并且
重新安装所述竖直杆。
19.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述金属螺柱中的每一者均具有孔,所述孔容纳穿过所述分户壁组件的内部的消防管道。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,该方法还包括穿过所述孔安装所述消防管道。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,该方法还包括将安装的所述消防管道连接到所述建筑物中的消防系统。
22.一种在远离建筑工地的现场组装预制的分户壁组件的方法,该方法包括:
将多个不可燃护板附接到包括多个金属螺柱的框架以形成由其间的空间隔开的分户壁板的两个壁基板,其中所述两个壁基板中的每一者均具有内表面与外表面,并且其中所述两个壁基板构造成跨越在建筑物单元的地板与顶棚之间;
将多个悬挂元件中的每一者的内表面附接到所述两个壁基板的所述外表面;
将构造成用于电线布线的导管安装到所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件的导管接合特征中,其中所述导管接合特征一体地形成在或连接至所述多个悬挂元件中的至少一个悬挂元件中;
将电线安装到所述导管中;并且
能移除地将多个终饰板安装到所述多个悬挂元件。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,该方法还包括安装所述导管,所述导管构造成用于在所述壁基板与所述终饰板之间的所述空间内对所述电线布线,并且其中所述多个悬挂元件具有用作或包括所述导管接合特征的孔,所述导管安装在所述孔内。
24.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述多个悬挂元件具有用作或包括所述导管接合特征的内孔和外孔,并且其中所述导管安装在所述内孔内。
25.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述多个悬挂元件具有用作或包括所述导管接合特征的内孔和外孔,并且其中所述导管安装在所述外孔内。
26.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述多个悬挂元件具有用作或包括所述导管接合特征的内孔、中间孔和外孔,并且其中所述导管安装在所述中间孔内。
27.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述导管被临时安装。
28.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述多个悬挂元件中的每一者还均包括第一水平表面和第二水平表面;并且其中所述方法还包括:
在所述多个悬挂元件中的第一悬挂元件的所述第一水平表面和所述多个悬挂元件中的第二悬挂元件的所述第二水平表面之间临时安装隔音件。
