技术领域
本发明涉及非充气或无空气的轮胎(NPT,non-pneumatic tire)。
背景技术
非充气或无空气的轮胎过去主要包括完全固态的物质。这些固态轮胎使乘客的乘坐相当不舒服,并且由于不得不对固态轮胎中“弹性”的缺失进行补偿而对车辆的悬架造成相当大的损害。最终,发现了将加压空气充入轮胎中产生更舒适的乘坐。然而,伴随着充气轮胎的优点,充气轮胎还具有一些缺点。

17.根据权利要求16所述的车辆,还包括稳定性控制系统,并且所述膜的状态根据由所述稳定性控制系统测量的车辆动态来改变。
18.一种非充气轮胎,包括:
轮辋,所述轮辋具有限定轮胎旋转轴线的轴向中心线;以及
弹性网件,所述弹性网件定位在所述轮辋上,所述弹性网件包括径向内圈、径向外圈以及在所述径向内圈与所述径向外圈之间互连的多个柔性网状物,所述弹性网件具有轴向内部面和轴向外部面以及在所述轴向内部面与所述轴向外部面之间的网状物中的至少一些网状物中限定的多个开口,其中所述弹性网件在邻近所述轴向外部面的位置处的刚度大于所述弹性网件在邻近所述轴向内部面的位置处的刚度,
其特征在于,膜定位在所述开口中的至少一些开口中,并且盘耦接至所述轮辋或所述弹性网件并基本覆盖所述开口,其中,所述膜系于盘。
19.根据权利要求18所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述膜是空气填充的。
20.根据权利要求18所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述膜是离散的。
21.根据权利要求18所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述膜互连至至少一些其他膜。
22.根据权利要求18所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述膜填充有磁性材料。
23.根据权利要求22所述的非充气轮胎,还包括充磁机构,所述充磁机构对所述磁性材料进行电充磁,从而改变所述磁性材料的粘度。
24.根据权利要求18所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述盘是易弯曲的。
25.一种非充气轮胎,包括:
轮辋,所述轮辋具有限定轮胎旋转轴线的轴向中心线;
弹性网件,所述弹性网件定位在所述轮辋上,所述弹性网件包括径向内圈、径向外圈以及在所述径向内圈与所述径向外圈之间互连的多个柔性网状物,所述弹性网件具有轴向内部面和轴向外部面;以及
胎面层,所述胎面层定位在所述径向外圈上,
其特征在于,所述弹性网件在邻近所述轴向内部面的位置处的刚度小于所述弹性网件在邻近所述轴向外部面的位置处的刚度,并且所述多个柔性网状物限定开口,并且所述开口包括改变刚度的膜;并且
所述非充气轮胎还包括盘,所述盘耦接至所述轮辋或所述弹性网件并基本覆盖所述开口,其中,所述膜系于盘。
26.根据权利要求25所述的非充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述径向外圈具有比所述径向内圈更大的宽度和与所述胎面层交叠的边缘。
