Description
図1は、本実施形態の非空気式タイヤ1の斜視図である。非空気式タイヤ1は、例えば、乗用車や重荷重用の車両に利用される。非空気式タイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」ということがある。)1は、タイヤの物理的な剛性によって荷重を支持することができる。従って、タイヤ1の内部に加圧された空気が充填される空気入りタイヤとは異なっている。
タイヤの外径Ha:635mm
トレッド部の幅W:195mm
第1部分の外層部の材料:天然ゴム+スチレン・ブタジエンゴム
第1部分の内層部の材料:熱硬化ポリウレタン(熱伝導率:0.25W/(m・K))
第1部分の熱伝導率k1:0.21W/(m・K)
第2部分の材料:シリコーンゴムベース(熱伝導率k2:1.9W/(m・K))
第2部分の材料:ウレタン樹脂ベース(熱伝導率k2:0.8W/(m・K))
内周部の材料:熱硬化ポリウレタン
連結部のタイヤ半径方向高さHb:90mm
連結部の幅Wa:185mm
連結部の材料:熱硬化ポリウレタン
ドラム試験機を用い、各試供タイヤが、下記の条件で走行された。その後、トレッド部の内周面の平均温度が熱画像装置(表面温度計)によって測定された。結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表示されている。数値が小さいほど良好である。
走行距離:10km
荷重:4.55kN
速度:60km/h
上記ドラム試験機を用い、各試供タイヤが、下記の条件で走行された。その後、トレッド部の内周面に生じた亀裂が観察された。結果は、亀裂の長さを基準とする下記の評価方法による3点法で表示している。数値が小さいほど良好である。
走行距離:10000km
荷重:4.55kN
速度:60km/h
<評価方法>
1:亀裂の発生なし
2:亀裂の長さが2mm未満
3:亀裂の長さが2mm以上
テストの結果が表1に示される。

Claims (7)
- 路面に接地する環状のトレッド部と、前記トレッド部のタイヤ半径方向の内側に位置する環状の内周部と、前記トレッド部と前記内周部とを継ぐ複数本の連結部とを含む非空気式タイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、前記路面に接地する第1部分と、前記内周部側の内周面を含む第2部分とを含み、
前記第2部分の熱伝導率は、前記第1部分の熱伝導率よりも大きく、
前記第2部分の少なくとも一部には、表面粗さが1〜30μmの粗面部が形成されていることを特徴とする非空気式タイヤ。 - 路面に接地する環状のトレッド部と、前記トレッド部のタイヤ半径方向の内側に位置する環状の内周部と、前記トレッド部と前記内周部とを継ぐ複数本の連結部とを含む非空気式タイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、前記路面に接地する第1部分と、前記内周部側の内周面を含む第2部分とを含み、
前記第2部分の熱伝導率は、前記第1部分の熱伝導率よりも大きく、
前記第2部分は、シリコーン系、ウレタン系、又はエポキシ系の樹脂又はゴムであることを特徴とする非空気式タイヤ。 - 前記第2部分の熱伝導率は、前記第1部分の熱伝導率の2倍以上である請求項1又は2に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第2部分の熱伝導率は、1.0W/(m・K)以上である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第2部分の厚さは、0.001〜2mmである請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第1部分は、樹脂又はゴムからなる請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第1部分は、ゴムを含む外層部と、前記外層部のタイヤ半径方向内側に設けられかつウレタン樹脂である内層部とを含んでいる請求項6記載の非空気式タイヤ。
