Abstract
Se refiere a Construcciones de union de antígenos que comprenden un supercontigo proteínico que están unidos a uno o más dominios de union de epítopos, en la que la construccion de union de antígenos tiene al menos dos sitios de union de antígenos al menos uno de los cuales proviene de un dominio de union de epítopos y al menos uno de los cuales proviene de un dominio VH/VL pareado, procedimientos de preparar dichas construcciones y sus usos. Reivindicacion 2: Una construccion de union de antígenos que comprende al menos un homodímero que comprende dos o más estructuras de la formula 1: en la que X representa una region constante de anticuerpo que comprende el dominio pesado constante 2 y el dominio pesado constante 3; R1, R4 R7 y R8 representan un dominio que se selecciona independientemente a partir de un dominio de union de epítopos; R2 representa un dominio que se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por la cadena pesada constante 1, y un dominio de union de epítopos; R3 representa un dominio que se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por un VH pareado y un dominio de union de epítopos; R5 representa un dominio que se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por una cadena ligera constante, y un dominio de union de epítopos; R6 representa un dominio que se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por un VL pareado y un dominio de union de epítopos; n representa un numero entero que se selecciona independientemente a partir de: 0, 1, 2, 3 y 4; m representa un numero entero que se selecciona independientemente a partir de: 0 y 1, en la que los dominios de la cadena pesada constante 1 y la Cadena ligera constante están asociados; en la que al menos hay presente un dominio de union de epítopos; y cuando R3 representa un dominio VH pareado, R6 representa un dominio VL pareado, de forma que los dos dominios juntos tienen capacidad de unirse al antígeno.
