Claims (9)
1. Farmaceutski pripravak, naznačen time, da sadrži protutijelo i farmaceutski prihvatljivo pomoćno sredstvo, pri čemu je protutijelo izolirano kimerno ili humanizirano protutijelo koje se specifično veže na ljudski CD47, gdje navedeno protutijelo sadrži teški lanac koji ima svaki od CDR sljedova SEQ ID NO: 20-22 i laki lanac koji ima svaki od CDR sljedova SEQ ID NO: 23-25, i time, da je farmaceutski pripravak u obliku vodene otopine.
2. Farmaceutski pripravak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni laki lanac sadrži:
(i) mišji 5F9VL aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12B (SEQ ID NO: 19),
(ii) hu5F9-vl1 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12B (SEQ ID NO: 41),
(iii) hu5F9-vl2 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12B (SEQ ID NO: 42), ili
(iv) hu5F9-vl3 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12B (SEQ ID NO: 43).
3. Farmaceutski pripravak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni teški lanac sadrži:
(i) mišji 5F9VH aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12A (SEQ ID NO: 18),
(ii) hu5F9-vh1 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12A (SEQ ID NO: 36),
(iii) hu5F9-vh2 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12A (SEQ ID NO: 37), ili
(iv) hu5F9-vh3 aminokiselinski slijed prikazan na Slici 12A (SEQ ID NO: 38).
4. Farmaceutski pripravak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da protutijelo sadrži laki lanac prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 i teški lanac prema patentnom zahtjevu 3.
5. Farmaceutski pripravak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time, da protutijelo je kimerno ili humanizirano protutijelo pune duljine.
6. Farmaceutski pripravak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da protutijelo posjeduje humanu konstantnu regiju IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgG4 ili IgA.
7. Farmaceutski pripravak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time, da protutijelo je fragment protutijela i pritom je fragment protutijela opcionalno F(ab')2 ili F(ab) fragment.
8. Farmaceutski pripravak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačen time, da protutijelo prilikom vezanja ne aktivira CD47.
9. Farmaceutski pripravak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, naznačen time, da protutijelo je humanizirano monoklonsko protutijelo ili kimerno monoklonsko protutijelo.
