Abstract
La presente invención proporciona marcas genéticas operablemente enlazadas a transgenes. En algunas alternativas, la célula hospedadora genéticamente modificada comprende un transgen que comprende un polinucleótido que codifica para un receptor de antígeno quimérico que comprende un dominio de unión a ligando, un polinucleótido que comprende una región separadora, un polinucleótido que comprende un dominio transmembrana y un polinucleótido que comprende un dominio de señalización intracelular y un polinucleótido que codifica para una marca génica. En algunas alternativas, la célula hospedadora genéticamente modificada comprende un transgen que comprende un polinucleótido que codifica para un receptor de antígeno quimérico que comprende un dominio de unión a ligando, un polinucleótido que comprende una región separadora, un polinucleótido que comprende un dominio transmembrana y un polinucleótido que comprende un dominio de señalización intracelular y un poliriucleótido que codifica para una marca génica, y en donde el polinucleótido comprende además un ligador flexible que comprende los aminoácidos GGGSGGGS (SEQ ID NO: 45). También se describen formulaciones farmacéuticas producidas por el método, y métodos de uso de las mismas.
