Abstract
카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지에 무기산, 유기산 및 폴리아미노산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 수용액에 용해시켜 수득하는 첨가제와 카르복실기와 반응하여 수닥하는 가교제를 혼합하는 것으로 되는 흡수제 제조방법. 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지분말 100중량부당 에폭시화합물 0.005∼8중량부를 첨가하여 수득된 무가압하에서의 흡수배율이 45(g/g)이상이고, 20g/㎠에 있어서의, 가압하의 흡수배율이 30(㎖/g)이상이며 상기 에폭시화합물의 잔존량이 2ppm이하인 흡수제. 폴리아미노산(염) 및 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지를 포함하는 흡수제조성물.

제1도는 본 발명에서 사용한 가압하의 흡수배율측정장치의 단면도이다.
Claims (28)
- 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지에 무기산, 유기산 및 폴리아미노산으로 되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 수용액에 용해시켜 수득하는 첨가제와 카르복실기와 반응하여 수득하는 가교제를 혼합하는 것으로 되는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 및 가교제를 흡수성수지에 혼합한 후 추가로 100∼230℃에서 가열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제 및 상기 가교제를 미리 혼합한 후 흡수성지에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 포화유기카르복실산, 주기율표 제3주기 포화무기산, 폴리(모노아미노디카르복실산)으로 부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지가 아크릴산 및/또는 그의 염을 주성분으로 하는 친수성단량체를 중합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실기와 반응하여 수득하는 가교제가 에폭시화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 첨가제의 산해리지수(pka치)가 2.0∼4.0인것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 첨가제가 포화유기카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 8항에 있어서, 포화유기카르복실산이 시트르산, 숙신산 및 유산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합시에 흡수성수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.01∼5중량부의 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성수지가 부정형파쇄상으로 평균입경 200∼600㎛이고 또한 150㎛미만의 입자경을 갖는 수지가 10중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성수지 100중량부에 대하여 첨가제를 0.01∼5중량부의 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성수지의 함수율이 1∼10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
- 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지 100중량부당 에폭시화합물 0.005∼8중량부를 첨가하여 수득된 무가압하에서의 흡수배율이 45(g/g)이상이고, 20g/㎠에서 가압하의 흡수배율이 30(㎖/g)이상이며 상기 에폭시화합물의 잔존량이 2ppm이하인 흡수
- 제14항에 있어서, 흡수성수지에 대하여 히드록시기 함유 포화유기산 0.01∼5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
- 제14항에 있어서, 20g/㎠에서 가압하의 흡수배율이 35(㎖/g)이상이고 상기에폭시화합물이 검출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
- 폴리아미노산(염) 및 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지를 포함하는 흡수제조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성수지가 폴리아크릴산염 가교중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성수지 100중량부에 대한 폴리아미노산(염)의 비율이 0.01∼30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 폴리아미노산(염)이 폴리아스파라긴산(염), 폴리글루탐산(염) 및 폴리리신(염)으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 것임을 특징으로 하는 흡수제조성물.
- 생리식염수에 대한 무가압하에서의 흡수배율이 적어도 25g/g, 생리식염수에 대한 흡인량이 14g/g이상이고 또한 우혈에 대한 흡인량이 적어도 7g/g인 흡수제조성물.
- 폴리아미노산(염) 및 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성수지를 포함하는 흡수제조성물 10∼95중량부와 친수성섬유 90∼5중량부로 구성되는 흡수성구조체.
- 제22항에 있어서, 친수성섬유 100중량부에 대하여 추가로 40중량부까지의 열가소성섬유를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성구조체.
- 제22항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.06∼0.5g/cc의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성구조체.
- 생리식염수에 대한 무가압하에서의 흡수배율이 적어도 25g/g, 생리식염수에 대한 흡인량이 14g/g이상이고 또한 우혈에 대한 흡인량이 적어도 7g/g인 흡수제조성물 50∼95중량부와 친수성섬유 50∼5중량부로 구성되는 흡수성구조체.
- 제25항에 있어서, 친수성섬유 100중량부에 대하여 추가로 40중량부까지의 열가소성섬유를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성구조체.
- 제25항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.06∼0.5g/cc의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성구조체
- 제22항 내지 제27항에 기재된 흡수성구조체 및/또는 청구항 17항 내지 제21항에 기재된 흡수성제조성물을 구비하여 구성되는 흡수물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
